I had a very disappointing experience at the Vetco clinic in Atascocita. I took my cat, who has always been sweet and cooperative with vets, but the doctor claimed she wasn’t cooperating and didn’t even do a full examination. When I asked questions, the doctor couldn’t answer because she hadn’t actually examined my cat, yet I was still charged for the visit. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.

Tech was helpful and patient with our Thunder. Dr. Feder was beyond amazing! She listened to our concerns and was very informative. I did not feel rushed like at most vet visits. Bethany at the front was sweet and had a smile on her face from the moment we checked in. Will be returning to this location.

I’ve used this place plenty of times and always love the vet! The vet tech named Kat needs an attitude adjustment. Talking to people like they are stipid, tried to drag my Frenchie with a leash (you don’t not put a leash around a frenchies neck!) then when I picked him up because she was dragging him she said “ I can’t carry him put him down” I responded “obviously that’s why I did you cannot drag a frenchie or put a leash around their neck”. Other than her everyone is great.
It seems that the vet cannot even get my dogs prescription confirmed so we can pick it up asap! They don’t even carry what was prescribed and now they won’t authorize the prescription! I will not waste my time coming back. Dr Feder is such a sweet lady but this place is incompetent!

The vet was amazing. The receptionist Leti was so sweet as well. They have such a positive and caring atmosphere for the people who bring their pups there for good quality care.

The vet didnt even check my pet. I took my dog in due to very watery eyes, pawing at them, lethargic and once my dog went to the back i was told My dog looks great! and got an allergy injection (which they gave the lowest dosage unlike previous times and didnt work) my dog didnt get any better and the next day i took him to another vet to be told her hepatic. his eyes were yellowing! a simple correct physical which i had paid for before should have shown the vet this! thankgod i followed my instinct and went for a second opinion somewhere else. all they were worried about is money. never comming back

My cat has been on steroids for 2 months and I called in his refill. The vet there wasn’t our normal vet and didn’t want to refill it for him. They thought it would be better to just abruptly stop my cats treatment and not call to let me know since they are closed. The nex 2 days. I now have to take my cat to a different vet. Horrible experience. I will never use them again.

I came in because my dog had broken his paw and the splint came off. I needed the splint replaced. Dr. Feder and her staff were excellent and splinted him super fast with minimal noise from him.

Dr. Feder was amazing , couldn’t say enough about her. After the visit she checked on my fur baby throughout the week to check on his status. She’s outstanding. Front staff was kind, however , the tech not so friendly. Looks like she is not a pet person.

Dr. Feder, an extremely talented, empathetic, and adroit veterinarian, and her outstanding, collaborative team correctly diagnosed Princess's illness and, in essence, saved her life.
First, bloodwork was completed on my geriatric Shih Tzu. After Dr. Feder analyzed Princess' bloodwork, the doctor tethered my lethargic and anemic dog, to an IV to replenish her internal bodily fluids, and she received antibiotics for her infection and medication for her severe nausea.
Before I left, Dr. Federal clearly delineated Princess' prognosis and the steps to follow to nurse her back to health. Even more impressive as follow-up, Dr. Feder reached out to me at home several times to check up on Princess' progress.
In lockstep, Dr. Feder and her impressive veterinary team reinforced and completed the steps to resolve Princess' medical crisis. I have decided that Dr. Feder and her complementary team will be my "Go to" veterinary experts for all five of my dogs.

I came here because all other vets don’t have power after the hurricane. Come to find out, I have the Vital Care so it saved me an additional $70 off of my visit which was wonderful and unexpected. I was racking up a bill because my dog is the absolute worst. I was grumpy because I’m just completely frustrated and my surly demeanor had no effect on the tech Leticia and the actual vet doctor, Dr. Feder. I appreciate them for their patience with me because I am at my wits end with my dog. Anyway, they were kind to her and patient and gave her treats and were a whole lot more gentle and patient than I am. I’m grateful that they were able to show kindness when I feel like I was not as able to. If you don’t have Vital Care for your pets, do yourself a favor and get it. It saves on my purchases, my grooming and come to find out, my vet appointments. It’s a little further than I would like but that’s really the only thing that I wasn’t excited about, but that has nothing to do with the quality of care that we received today. Fingers crossed that we can get things under control with my dog. See you guys next week for the dogs follow up appointments!

Amazing service with a twist!
I brought in my two furry friends for a quick shot. Our tech Leticia was beyond kind to my friends and I. While walking in she was there to greet us. She asked detailed questions about my doggies and really showed how much she cared for us. Even during the shot process she was loving on each of my pets.
She really made my experience worth remembering.
Thank you Leticia. You rock!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This was my first time at this location and nothing about this visit made me feel comfortable or at ease. I came in because my dog was experiencing skin irritation (what looked to be an infection). They needed to give her a rabies shot in order to proceed with the visit which I understood but they took my dog to the back for the remainder of the visit while I sat in the exam room. I asked if I could go back with her but they told me no. I didn’t physically see them administer the rabies shot nor did I see a doctor examine my dog. They just took her and I’m just supposed to trust that she got the care that I paid for (which was not cheap). Then the doctor came in without my dog and basically explained that they couldn’t explain what was wrong with her. But they prescribed some shampoo and antibiotics.
My previous vet experiences were totally different in which I was a part of the entire process. At VETCO, I felt completely left out and not confident that my dog received the utmost care, or any care at all. I just needed to be present to pay the bill. Will look elsewhere for veterinary services.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We made an appt and we waited one hour to be seen, they took our dog back for 5 minutes, brought him back and didn’t say anything. We had to ask “are we done, or what now” and finally had to tell them we had to leave in 15 minutes after 2 hours of being there simply because our dog had a skin rash. I’d never ever recommend this place. Horrible service and overpriced. The doctor seemed like she googled what it could be because didn’t give any feedback or what caused the skin rash after charging us to scrape his skin. We had to keep asking questions to get more understanding on what was going on. Trash place
