I had a very positive experience. Van was very professional and knowledgeable. She is friendly and was helpful in making selections that fit my style. I highly recommend giving this salon a try. Their prices are competitive.

they were completely rude, not welcoming at all. No one even said hello. When I walked in the door I asked for a simple faucet and she just told me no and that they were busy. They are very rude and not helpful at all. I'm new to the area and I wanted to give it a try, but I do not recommend this for anybody in the Deerbrook area or humble. i'm really shocked at how rude they were to a potential new customer. They clearly don't value expanding their business with the attitude like that.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would!! How online it says your establishment doesn't close until 7. I'm at work on my laptop and wanted to relax and get my feet done during the last couple of minutes while finishing work. I walked in and sat on the couch. The gentleman asked me what I wanted, I told him a pedicure. He sit up to look me up and down and says they're busy. I politely say okay and leave outside. Next thing you know he walks to the window to turn off the open sign and other lights. It wasn't even 5:50 pm when I walked in. Very sad because I love spending money and supporting the community. Could've been a long term customer but now they missed out on money because of discrimination.

I have been a customer of Tracy’s at Vannnas Nail Salon for years. She is so good at making sure her client’s are completely satisfied with the service she provides. I have referred many friends and family members to her. They love the services she provides. She always accommodates our busy schedules. She’s caring, listens and takes her time to make sure we are pleased. We love you Tracy❤️

Tracie is my tech at Vanna Nails. She is great, and has been doing my mani/pedi for four or five years. Would not use any other tech. Prices are so reasonable

I had an appointment scheduled for December 20 2022 at 11am with Val. I was very disappointed with the experience I received today. I will not be returning. My service today was a manicure with clear polish. Val was very rude. She stated, " all you get is clear". I responded with, that's is what I like. I find that to be very rude and unprofessional for her to question my choice of service. Either you want to provide a service or not. Money is green. After, sitting in her chair for 5 minutes going back and forth with her about my selection, I decided to visit another salon. This establishment is definitely not worth my money each week. Val just loss a long time weekly client.

I really like this place. It's a little further from my home. But, it's worth the drive.The entire staff was very nice. But Tracy did my Pedicure the first time I visited. She was amazing. Very patient. Especially since it usually takes me a while to decide on my polish color. She helped me and even mixed colors to make sure i was satisfied. When she thought i wasn't, she offered to repolish.. Unbelievable! Now i have her cell number and I've been scheduling my appointments based on my schedule. It's been about 7 months now and I'm still pleased.

I went at 615pm and they turned me away because there were still people in the shop. I could understand if it was 630 or 645... But really? I just needed my nails removed. They supposedly close at 7pm. Last time I'm going here.
