This is the worst post office ever. Everyone is so rude and disrespectful. They throw the customer packages, not knowledgeable on carrier information, and do not pay attention to the mail they give. I stood in line for 30 minutes only to receive my neighbors mail. When I went to return it , she states oh well it looked the same to me. I have spoken with management and all. The absolute worst place/people to have to deal with.

Post office has really gone downhill and this one is especially horrible.as someone who knows the behind the scenes at the post office they just lie to you and say whatever to get you off the phone so u can call the carrier back in the morning. “They don’t have a way to get In touch with carriers once they leave” LIES they have phones and scanners that you send messages to .. “ “informed delivery is not accurate” more LIES lol “it’s because we are rural” even more lies .. if you don’t want to work and do your job find another . Will def be filing a formal complaint .

The website says click and ship you can create your customs form and you have to go to the postal office to pay and ship. Went to the office and they said the lady at the counter said they don’t accept it and gave me a booklet to fill out. I’m trying to send my mom a care package with stuff for her chemo but they don’t care to help so frustrating pointless waste of time terrible service but I have to go back to send my moms stuff so oh well I guess forget my time and my moms.

Everyone in this office is rude and disrespectful. They really need to hire all new employees that actually want to be there. Just walking in you feel the NEGATIVELY!!! I would rather drive to Kingwood to get better service. With all these negative reviews, I'm surprised they haven't done anything about it. The clerk helping me handled my package so rough and then got an attitude with me when I tried to fix the label and took it away from me. I wish I could give them a negative review.

Very bad service from the employees, the manager is very despotic and there have been several times that I have lost packages, and my mail is left in other mailboxes. And then they act crazy because they don't know anything. For me I give them -5 stars

I've been to this post office before and there is a few employees that are super sweet, but this morning I drove all the way to the post office because I haven't been receiving mail since May 6th... it's July. The person at the counter gave me every excuse as to why she couldn't check to see if I had mail. So after asking for the THIRD time she finally asked me for my ID and my address and begrudgingly walks to the back to check. She then proceeds to brings back the biggest pile of mail I've ever seen followed by excuses as to why my mail was in fact at the post office like I ALREADY knew since May 6th. What should've been a 4-5min interaction turned into 15 mins of literally "Can you check if I have mail here". She unprofessional and clearly doesn't want to be bothered.

This review goes to SNAGGATOOTH, RECEDING HAIRLINE, FAT ,MUSTY , BOX HEADAXX, UGLYAXX RHUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, GEORGE the Tape topflight security gaurd, that works the front counter facility! He needs proper customer service training when working with other! George is not the person to put on the frontline to be the face of an Offical Government Enitity. Get George wrinkled shirt, fatazz from the front counter IMMEDIATELY!!

I wih I could give a zero or a negative marked star for Humble, IAH location services. I mean, how ridiculous it is on their end to just mark an undelivered package from Amazon as "customer reuested item to be held as PICK UP???" Why would anybody chose their packages to be "picked up" in the first place when they are meant to be DELIVERED from Amazon or any online stores. Secondly, they don't even bother to leave a USPS sign stating they made an "attempt" and their excuses are "Oh, the driver did not find the address", OR "YOU must have given wrong address/ street". Like, really!!! I work in a motel and I wouldn't know my workplace address, reallyyyyy, Wow! And we have cameras to see if they really came or not. USPS either needs to up their service level or just shut down. This is the 3rd time I'm dealing with such a bad service from Humble location USPS.
