I would never have a party here for our kids. Been here twice for other birthday parties. Nor would I recommend anyone to this place. First time was ok because the party provided all the food and drink. This most recent visit Saturday night was pretty bad. As other reviewers mentioned all of the staff seemed to be teenagers who didn’t seem to care to be there. Floors were nasty and sticky through out the whole facility. We ordered nachos. Chips were stale. Didn’t notice until after that they were just leaving the bag of chips open on the counter. Fountain drinks were flat and they didn’t give us any ice. The pizza they provided the party tasted a little freezer burnt. Seen a couple of kids get hurt by older kids that were running around and tackling each other and hitting each other around little kids. Kids taller than 6ft were running around in the smaller kids tube play ground. And using the little hang down cushions as punching bags. Super surprised no little ones got hurt there and thank goodness they didn’t. Bumper cars didn’t work at all this time. Older kids were also pegging little kids with the balls from the ball pit in the trampoline area. The employees here definitely need training and need better Management. This place is horribly ran. Wanted to like it because it seems like it could be a good place to have a kids party but definitely not now with the way this place is being ran.

Would recommend other locations or companies. My wife and I have enjoyed taking the kiddos to many trampoline parks but this one is by far the worst maintained and managed.
We were here from 3-6pm, paid for the all access. The initial draw was the kids wanted to do the bumper ride but it was closed.
Entire staff is teenagers and there was very little attention paid to the children’s safety. The different stations either weren’t staffed at all or there was no direction/oversight from the employees there (watched several children hurt each other on the course while the attendee studied his nails, shoes and the ceiling), dodgeball area had adults throwing balls at children which was the kicker after seeing a little girl drilled in the face by a grown man. Was staffed, but I couldn’t guess what her role was.

This review is more about the private party with a party host. It is a sad amount of you versus us. Generally you feel as if you are intruding into your own rented area. You don't feel welcomed. You have to be very assertive to make requests, its the opposite of what you would want if you ever thought of paying extra for something. Perhaps this is just a run down location but man I won't be going back generally for a while, it was that bad. People wearing headphones while working and then ignoring you screaming. I know you are just ignoring me, haha. While the party was still going we were told by the party host that they are not the party host anymore and ran off to assumedly more important things. So no one is available if I want refills or something I am on my own now? I was fine with that but then everyone else was like do it through your party host who does not exist anymore? It's a gaslighting good time. Fun if you are down for manipulation games and social sparring but not what you want when you are paying up for "VIP" and its the farthest from it.

This place is disgusting. I didn't see any workers present except at the front and at concessions. You have teenagers running through the toddler playground. I went with my 2.5 year old in the tunnels and it was covered in Trash, graffiti, broken pieces of wood exposed, food, etc. Half of the attractions are broken or closed and there are no attendants at any of them. This was a waste of money. I would definitely suggest a different location. It's also concerning that the front door glass is broken at a children's play place and cops are sitting at the front.

Came this past weekend, it was a great difference! We love the new layout, it looks amazing. The GM Andre personally checked in on our party and made sure everything was great and we really appreciated that. Everyone was amazed and we’ll be visiting again soon !

I came here this last Saturday and it was a huge difference from before! The new layout looks amazing, my family and I really enjoyed the extra seating that has been installed. The park was clean and we loved being there! We encountered two managers, Jonny & Andre which were both terrific and made our stay even better. We will be returning very soon to bring more of our friends and family!
