Service! FedEx is around the corner and they totally messed up my print job and never apologized… What a sham. I came to UPS and the service is always amazing for shipping, but my printing was perfect and Jason, the manager, was so personable, thank you.

This location consistently has the rudest and most condescending employees I've ever encountered. I understand it must be annoying that you have to deal with amazon returns and people have bad days even now and then, but good god the way they talk to and treat customers is unreal. Before you can even complete a sentence, they interrupt you. They are just ready to demean you.
I previously tried to track down a package that I shipped from another location. BIG MISTAKE. I should have returned to the location I sent it from. I gave the tracking number to the employee and he went on to tell me it was a USPS tracking number, that I must have been cheap to use that through UPS and they couldn't help me. I had no idea you could even buy USPS postage at UPS. I never was able to locate the package.
Their shipping costs are unreal and in combination with their awful attitudes, I will never step foot in this location again. Not that this even matters to UPS or their employees. This is not a one off incident either, it is every time I visit this location. Please put these poor employees out of their misery and let them go. They either enjoy being so condescending or perhaps they are going through some form of torture in order to move up the ranks of UPS.

The associate named Jason. He is so kind and unbelievably helpful. Knowledgeable and just provided so much assistance to me with a smile. I needed it badly after a terrible day and can honestly say I’ll never go to another ups store other than this one!

the worst impression of any UPS i have gone to. recently started using ups and yesterday when i went to this location the front desk and back rooms were a complete mess. Packages were everywhere and the atiitude of the front desk gentleman was rude. You can tell when someone doesn’t want to be somewhere. i’m never returning to this location . he had already scanned my packages in so i knew it was pointless to try to take them to a different location . i just hope they actually get shipped

Disgusted. There's a blonde short haired lady that has no customer service skills and treats her coworkers and customers like garbage. As I was waiting in line, I witnessed her snap at the trainee (tall gentleman wearing a black shirt). Customers were waiting patiently and helping each other out with the Amazon drop box to try and minimize the line for the workers. The trainee was multitasking to try and clear out the line when the short lady snapped at him about using two terminals. The trainee explained to her that one terminal was being used for a customer that was waiting to talk to the short haired lady. He was using the other to continue to help customers in line. The third associate had walked away. The short lady again snapped at the trainee. She was projecting her own frustrations and anger onto the trainee and customers. The trainee maintained his composure and was very calm, cool, and relaxed through the whole ordeal. Every customer in there was appalled by the behavior of the short haired lady.To the trainee, if you are reading this ... you were doing an excellent job! You don't deserve to be treated like that. The customers saw and we were angry for you. Keep up the good work and don't let her immature behavior bother you one bit.
