The vibes at this location are so fun! I feel like the workers are so friendly, I have gotten to know some of them very well. Korey, the sales manager, is a light! Extremely knowledgeable and willing to get you what you need. 10/10 experience!

Patty helped with homecoming makeup for my daughter. She was so helpful and accommodating with color matching the foundation, finding a light blush that didn't sit heavy. She also helped us find a concealer and blush in the less expensive makeup. She was awesome!

I had a great experience at this Ulta Beauty! The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide selection of products — . The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful without being pushy. One of the Managers Korey, took the time to recommend products that suited my preferences . Checkout was quick and easy. I left feeling confident in my purchase and excited to come again !

Horrible time. I went for a haircut and I showed the stylist exactly what I wanted, I had a video and everything and it turned out like NOTHING how I wanted it. I didn't want it short and guess what, it's short. The stylist was rushing and running around, I already knew it wouldn't look the way I wanted it to look. It was a horrible experience.

I’m here because of Miss Beth! After walking into Ulta confused about what hair care products I was wanting, Beth went out of her way to approach me to ask if I needed help. Relieved that I would have some professional guidance I told her my needs and she was so helpful with finding the right products for me! She was very kind, I’m very appreciative for her. Bonus: they had some great sales going on that aligned with what I was needing!! 😌

Customer service was HORRIBLE!! You don't go into Ulta and come out spending big amounts of money for them to not even acknowledge you when you approach them with a question. And you might as well expect worst attitudes if you so happen to have to make a return/exchange.
Horrible attitudes!!
No customer service skills whatsoever.

What's up with the LARGE POLICE PRESCENCE in the store and out front?!?!?! Big ugly Humble SUV right by the door and 2 cops inside - male and female. You have that much trouble with theft you ought to consider moving the store!!!!!

I shop at Ulta quite frequently and spend a significant amount of money there, especially online. I’m also a Diamond member. However, I’ve noticed a recurring issue during my visits: employees often approach me even when it’s clear I don’t need assistance. This gives me the impression that they might suspect me of doing something wrong, like stealing, which is both uncomfortable and disheartening.
I can’t help but feel there may be a bit of age-based discrimination involved. I’m in my late 20s, but I look younger, and this seems to affect how I’m perceived. It detracts from the overall shopping experience when I feel like I’m being watched or hovered over without reason.
To be clear, I absolutely appreciate when staff check in if I look like I might need help — and when I do ask for assistance, the employees are always kind and helpful. But it becomes a problem when I’m clearly focused on something specific and someone approaches me in a way that feels suspicious or unwarranted. That kind of interaction leaves a negative impression and takes away from an otherwise enjoyable experience.
