Clearance bin had items that were on discount for the same price Sephora had them for REGULAR PRICE?

Everyone was super helpful when I took my daughter there to get her hair cut. We were able to get her hair cut and buy the color for her hair. Not to mention ALL the makeup and hygiene products they have to choose from.
