I really like the friendly service. The staff is very helpful. I started out renting a 10x15 at a reasonable price compared to other storages. I was given a free lock and was offered to use their moving truck for free. Later on I rented a mailbox that I still use. I needed to stor my classic car and ended up renting another storage.The storages are clean. I have not seen any rodents or trash. Im a very late payer and still have access to my things. These people will work with you with friendly considertion. I see that people rent spaces for boats and RV's. I would recommend this place to anyone, anytime.

This place is horrible !!!!!! If you want good customer service do not go to this place. The daughter is horrible. She doesn't care about any of the customers. The Gate won't open. Her response is sorry I'm at a birthday party out of town. Then why the hell are you in charge of after hours. Make no sense. Would have gave them no stars because that is what they deserve, but it does not let you!!!!!. If I pay to store something and access to it then that is what I should get. I will be moving my business to another storage facility for sure.

My husband and I have been thoroughly impressed with U-Stor... We had previously had a unit with a climate controlled storage facility across the road (FM 1960 Storage), and despite speaking to several employees & the manager on numerous occasions & obtaining a confirmation code, our unit was given away. Doesn't seem like a big deal, except they never told us until the morning of our move when we arrived with all of our stuff!!! They meekly apologized for overlooking our reservation, but did nothing to compensate us for their colossal error. With that being said, U-Stor swooped in with a comparable rate, AND provided a lock to help ease our stress (because I was PANICKED!!). Every interaction with them has been professional, warm, helpful and friendly! We ended up getting a private mailbox with them, and are so grateful for their assistance with that as well. I hate that we didn't know about them before our initial fiasco, because they truly saved us. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone!

I went there with my daughter, we forgot our dolly , we went back to get it and it was gone, and their cameras didn't get anything!!! Bad security system!! This means that someone can get in there, break someone lock , robe someone's property and their damn cameras are not going to be able to see anything!!!! You have to be kidding me!!!! Bad place!!! Bad service!!!!
