Customer purchased a vehicle from our dealership and wanted Progressive as his agent, he started a quote on line and the agent informed him to go to (TrashWorkingForGarbage) TWFG to finalize the policy and when they customer arrived they called me to help out the customer but the Agent himself stated in his own words, "I don't want the business because he speaks Spanish and I do not have to accept the quote he was given online either." shocked, I offered to translate only because he chose Progressive and we were given this address by the agent online, However, the local agent still refused to assist this individual out because he spoke Spanish. I have filed a complaint to the Attorney General Insurance Department and the Texas Department Of Insurance, for his action. For those who assume, this individual does have a social and has a drivers license and only wanted a cheaper insurance quote. Please remove from your website that you assist Spanish speaking customers.

It is always a wonderful experience. I was concerned that the policy had lapsed and that I would have to pay a higher premium to reinstate it. That is not correct. I recommend this insurance agency. They kept reaching out to let me know it wasn't too late and that I had options that I could pursue.
