Always got deals and way cheaper than other places. Join the rewards program comes in handy with the coupons. Need to import some Trinidad liquor,beers and stout.

We had a great experience at Total Wine while shopping for ingredients for a rum punch. We found everything we needed except for the Crown Royal Black Berry, which has been sold out for several weeks.
We decided to buy the juices at the grocery store since they were more affordable there.
One minor hiccup was that one of the representatives didn’t inform us about the store membership program. Thankfully, the cashier let us know about it, and we were delighted to hear that we could earn points.
We've been to the Total Wine in Albany, New York, several times, but this was the first time we learned about the membership program.Overall, a positive experience with a good selection of products and helpful staff. We will definitely be back!

Don’t trust them. If you order on line and after making sure they have what you are looking for, after being assured by a sales girl who promised she laid a hands on it but once you get there poof they are not there anymore. I drove 45 miles one way to go get the beer they said they had. I paid for on line and ordered as the rep told me we will hold it for you but NO the product was no where to be found.
Never buying from them again. I would rather go to Spec’s and get what I want.

Love the variety of wines and the staff is always on the look out if you need help. Love the wine tasting the only thing is they always sold out on the events which is a good thing. ?

Goody Goody's was good. TW&M took it to a whole nother level. It's like HEB and Costco had a baby, and it married Wonka. But with alcohol. Usually, I am in and out of a liquor store with what I need....not here. I wonder the isles lost in options and plagued with decision making. Prices are fire and staff is knowlegable about everything and are super friendly.

Prices are great. We walked in and needed help finding what we were looking for. The staff was super helpful. I should've gotten the guy's name but he knew where EVERYTHING was with no problem. We were kind of in a hurry since we were on our way to float the river in New Braunfels so we were in and out quick with no issues or delays. Thank you!
