When you go into a cleaners and ask them to only wash and press your clothes. And they tell you yes, yes sir we can do that, but when you return. You that they dry cleaned all your stuff charged you four times as much as it does cost to wash and press and then they tell you well that’s just the way that Tide does it. We only do it one way. If you can’t do something for customer let them know ahead of time don’t wait till they come pick the clothes up and overcharge them for something that they did not want. I would never ever go back to Tide again. Customer service is the worst of any place I’ve ever been.

My second time here was a terrible experience, due to poor customer service. She raised her voice because she said that’s the way she talks. All I asked for was the same service that I received the first time which was Do Not press the collars. It causes a crease that doesn’t go away. My first time, there were two gentlemen, look like supervisors or managers and a lady customer was complaining about poor service as well, but I still gave them a try. They were able to take care of it and my collars were not pressed as I asked. Therefore, I thought I could go again and get the same service but unfortunately, the lady pictured will not work with me even grab my clothes and toss them back at me, so I’m taking my clothes somewhere else.

I have to admit that the representative at the cleaners here in Atascocita, Adam, had some of the best Customer Service I’ve ever received from any business. He was thorough and kind, and an all-around joy to work with. However, I only gave this business three stars because the dry cleaning services are extremely expensive. I would’ve given it 1star if it wasn’t for Adam. My wife had two dresses cleaned, two basic work dresses, but it cost us over $38. I don’t go inside very often so I am not aware that there is a posted menu of services and cost for those services so each time I have picked up my dry cleaning, the price is always a surprise. I’m not sure that we will be returning for anything of significance in the future simply because of the price.

I am and have been very pleased with the service they provide in regards to my clothes as well as the employees. And the fact that they don’t use Perchloroethylene (PERC) make them stand above the rest. Yes, the cost is higher but in my opinion very much worth it

At first I was taken back by the amount it was per item, however, once I pick up my dry cleaning I understand why the price may be considered more expensive then other cleaners. The staff cares and the attention to detail is the best I have ever experienced at a dry cleaners.

SCAM ALERT!!! This place is a huge scam they over charged me and I tried to file a complaint and business never responded. I took 4 mens dress shirts and 2 dresses just to get dry cleaned because they had been hanging in the closet for a while, they weren't even dirty still had previous cleaners tags on them just got some wrinkles from moving, and they charged me $75!!! Do not go here the manager specifically said after the fact they do not post prices and you can't ask before hand. I paid more to have my dresses cleaned then the dresses cost themselves!

Worst location ever still waiting on a pair of pants to be refunded... or a call from the manager to communicate the problem.Long story short tide cleaners back in JULY ruined a pair of pants and they had to send them to a lab (basically saying I could have a moth problem) I personally have never seen moths destroy clothes but it's weird that I don't have that problem at home and none of my other clothes had that problem... I digress. Months with no one communicating on what will happen the Manager Susan literally "just leaves" when I call .
