I’m really looking forward to moving when my lease is up. My stay has been nothing short of a nightmare. Every 3-4 months my a/c clogs and stops working. This is a huge red flag. As you can imagine, it’s stressful and exhausting. There’s also frequent hot water outages in this community. Overall, it’s been a terrible experience. I do not recommend.

I would like to share my honest observations about The Sarah to help contribute to its ongoing improvement. While I rate it 3 out of 5 for providing a generally above-average experience, there are some opportunities for enhancement.
One concern is the dog park, which seems more like a communal toilet without sufficient initiative for regular cleaning. Additionally, the recent trash policy, while understandable, highlights inconsistencies in the actual trash pick-up service we pay for. For the first 6 months, I found the service to be unreliable, prompting me to handle it myself.
Attached is evidence of the facility not meeting expectations, raising questions about the standards we’re expected to uphold. Moreover, the media room by the gym needs updating, and overall facility maintenance could be improved.
While The Sarah offers spacious apartments and is generally pleasant, these areas of concern make me hesitant to sign another lease here. I hope this feedback contributes positively to future improvements for residents.

The maintenance team is awesome here especially Kirk. Anytime we have an issue he responds fast and he gets the job done right. 5 stars for the maintenance team at The Sarah.

I attended the Rug & Pasta Social Event and it was great! Welcoming staff, adequate amount of supplies for all participants, great food and great people. It was definitely needed after a long workday. Glad I was able to attend and enjoy good company!

The Sarah is a great place to reside. It's very clean inside and outside, they maintain the property very well. The apartments are very cozy, but the internet is the only thing that I can seriously complain about.. at times the wifi isn't working efficiently...They have the doggy bags so there isn't any reason why someone can't pickup after their pet. The area is very quiet.. The valet trash is picked up on time. The amenities are great, I haven't had a chance to explore everything as of yet but they're very clean and I certainly enjoy the pool..
The move in process was very straight and direct. Shey was very helpful, answered every question and the concierge made sure that I had all of my needs met..

Very friendly and welcoming staff! I met with Ernest, very informative and knowledgeable. Made the process of deciding where to call my future home much easier. The apartments were way above expectation and the property itself!

Lived here for 2.5 years and experienced the complete downfall of this complex. Shortly after my fiancé and I moved in the complex was bought by a different company and they've gone ahead and raised prices and reduced amenities.
If you visit this complex today, you'll find that the gate doesn't work more often than it does. You'll get sold on the large pool, but what they don't tell you is they close it 3-4 days a week for "maintenance". Then once you are able to use your pool, other residents are hosting parties of 10+ with no employee enforcing the 2 person per unit limit. But, if you forget to bring in your valet trash can before 9am you'll get a $50 fine.
The only reason this review is getting 2 stars is because of the fantastic maintenance team that does everything they can to keep this complex decent.
Lastly, the front office employees are extremely rude and show little to no care for the amenities, last time I tried to use the simulator room, I was told no because they close in 1 hour. When I finally got to use the simulator room, the golf sensor was still broken, this sensor has been broken since I moved in 2.5 years ago with multiple inquires to fix it.
The apartment units themselves are great, you'll just have to deal with no amenities, dirty breezeways, and a group of employees in the front office who only try to find ways to gouge your wallets instead of increasing your experience.

Cammie was great during our lease work up and Kirk in maintenance was also amazing. If this is how the team at The Sarah treats all of their residents, then I definitely made the correct “home” choice. This property is very clean with great amenities and the units are spacious and inviting. Very happy with my selection.

I put in a work order and Mr. Kirk came immediately to resolve the issue! When he was unable to resolve another issue in one day, he called for assistance from Mr. E and they came out and fixed my dishwasher! They communicated effectively on what the next steps would be, were friendly, understanding and worked quickly. I am pleased with their services!

Cammie, Ernest, Kirk and the rest of the management/maintenance team have been so helpful since we moved in a couple years ago. After hurricane Beryl they have been especially helpful making sure that all residents were kept updated, trash was collected, repairs have been taken care of, etc. We appreciate yall!

There are so many great things I want to say and I will share photos once I get my couch. Anyway, from day 1, Cammie has been amazing and accommodating in helping me get my new apartment and made my move in very smooth. The process was straightforward and easy. I've been living here for two days and all the neighbors have been so helpful in directing me to amenities. I want to give a personal shout out to the maintenance manager, Kirk. He helped me out on day 1 and made me feel comfortable and treated me like family. I feel so safe and taken care of here and can't wait to spend the years to come at the Sarah. My apartment is beautiful and I can't wait to update the post with photos once I get settled in. Thank you Cammie and Kirk. You guys are awesome. One love!

Sarah Lake Houston, Humble, TX. After move-out I received final bill and deposit back. Couple months later I received a bill stating I owed them money due to their clerical accounting error. Was told if I don’t pay it then it goes on my personal credit and it’s my problem. It’s a shame they aren’t holding themselves accountable for their clerical error. Watch your money!

I have lived in this apartment complex for 3yrs and hardly had any issues with maintenance but today my ac messed up and wasn't working; it was really hot but thankfully Mr.Kirk one of the maintenance personal went above and beyond staying late working on it till he got it fixed which I'm very happy because being pregnant and hot is no joke. So thanks Mr.Kirk for a job well done.

Sarah is a cool property . The staff is amazing . Cammie in management all the way down to maintenance . I havent had any major issues and if i did it was handled promptly . It is quiet and i havent seen any safety issues thust far ! Kirk in maintenance goes above and beyond for the residents . He's a great addition to the team and they should definitely keep him !
