I don't like to write negative reviews but I feel the need to share the experience with my Heeler mix (Maya). We had her fixed at this location back in 2018. During the process I got a call that Maya was in heat and the cost would be a little higher but otherwise no other hiccups. I picked her up that day and she recovered a couple of days later and everything seemed fine. Fast forward to 2022 - Maya very slowly started the time of the month process. At first it was a couple drops, then turning into a full cycle by 2023. We took her to our usual vet and they indicated that she would need to have the surgery again. I called Kaaws and they did not offer any help and that we should talk to another vet. We had the surgery done for the 2nd time and our vet informed us that Maya was left with a partial ovary after the surgery at Kaaws. We have had some slight behavioral issues after the first surgery, which we don't know for sure the cause but could have been because of hormonal imbalances. At the end of the day Maya is still doing well, we just would not take her or any other pets here again.

Amazing! I took my 8 year old furbaby in for a checkup due to a scare and the staff was so nice and welcoming! They answered all of my questions and concerns and gave the best care ever! Highly recommend, best vet experience!!

This vet is phenomenal.. please don't let the exterior fool you. Inside is clean and wonderful and the staff.is amazing. I just lost two of my babies weeks apart and took my last child in for a check-in on her health as she's older. They loved on her and treated aher gently. The vet talked to us about everything we needed and answer all my concerns after loosing her brother to diabetes. I regret going to another vet up the street cypresswood. I'm sure their intentions were nice but they felt like they wanted just money and get you in and out.
Kaaws Aldine was the complete opposite and they have a visitor for life!
