Used to be a solid place before Leslie’s bought them out. Now, two trips in a row they didn’t have supplies for very basic pool needs. Easier to just order online than deal with the Leslie’s effect in this place now. Super bummed.

I"ve paid over 3k this year. You installed an electrical outlet so it is exposed to the weather - sideways so the rain can just fall in because, "it was the only one we had" and they promised to come out and replace the outlet, they said they would charge me a service charge of $ 125 to replace the mistake. Oh, and Roy said the job would cost about $200 for installation and it cost me $500,00.I'm done with Texsun, now Leslie, Pools.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. They have helped this new pool owner to better understand what is needed to properly maintain the pool. They have made it so easy to do my own pool care that I don’t understand why anyone would pay someone else to do it.

Called to find a part for my pool and the person who answers tells me right off the bat that there’s no one there who knows anything about pool parts. I know there’s a worker shortage but if your employees don’t know anything about pools it’s time for new management and new employees because no one is doing their job correctly.

DO NOT USE FOR POOL REPAIR SERVICE! We have been dealing with a minor service issue that has dragged on for almost 2-months with no show service people. When they finally showed up to replace timer & box they installed only a box but charged me for a box & timer. Said would return the next day but OF COURSE no call no show as usual. Now I’m forced to dispute the charge and not pay for anything until they do this job. These folks don’t care about anyone. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for pool repairs.

Tom, if you are truly going to share it with your service director let me update you. Repair guy David did show up to install a new timer in the already installed box. So I didn't have to go through with disputing the charge. BUT then tried to charge me another $125 plus $25 labor, even though it had already been fully paid for. I called Tammy who promised to show it to the general manager and call me back on Monday. Of course I never heard back from her.
