I recently visited this eye doctor, and while the staff was friendly, there were some policies that left me questioning the overall experience.Firstly, the people working there were welcoming and helpful. I felt comfortable during my visit, and the optometrist was professional and knowledgeable. However, a couple of policies were quite perplexing.One major issue was the disclaimer regarding frames. I've been going to eye doctors for over 20 years across three different states, and I've never encountered a policy quite like this one. They informed me that while they could replace the lenses in my frames, they wouldn't be responsible if my frames got damaged during the process. This was only disclosed after they had my frames for a couple of weeks, and the lenses were about to be installed. Realistically, the chance of frame damage was low, but the lack of upfront communication about this policy was frustrating.Additionally, the refund process became needlessly complicated. I paid with Google Pay, and they initially claimed they couldn't refund me because the card number on their receipt didn't match the one associated with my Google Pay account. It seemed like a ploy to encourage me to buy new frames, which would eliminate the need for a refund and the waiver regarding frame safety. After insisting on a refund and sticking to my decision not to purchase new frames, they miraculously managed to process the refund.Furthermore, the requirement to wear trial contact lenses for a week before receiving the prescription felt unnecessary and uncommon. I've never encountered this practice in any other eye doctor's office.In conclusion, the staff's friendliness was a positive aspect of my visit, but the unusual policies, lack of upfront communication, and issues with the refund process left me with mixed feelings. Consider your priorities when choosing this eye doctor, especially if you have specific expectations regarding frame safety and prescription release.

I have been coming here for years. Best Service Ever! Everything seems a bit outdated but my prescription is always perfect. The staff and Doctor is always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else!

Everyone here is always very helpful and personable including doctors. I also had the pleasure of meeting Sharon and she definitely made this whole visit very pleasant and helpful.

Last year's prescription was amazing, but this year, not so much. Astigmatism is hard to correct.They ran a SCAM on glasses. My eyesight is so bad that lenses usually run me $700. They had "free frames," and I wanted to take advantage of the offer, but not spend the full $700, so I got glasses with no vision correction. They only had a tint/coating that is supposed to reduce the starbursts at night from astigmatism. The picture shows a dramatic change from giant starbursts to virtually perfect night vision. So I got my free frames and spent $90 on the "magical" lens coating. I wore them at night, over my contacts, as instructed. It literally made everything slightly worse. Went in and found out that the coating is only supposed to do a 10% improvement. There is NOTHING on the ad to say pic does not represent actual results, and the staff didn't tell me. 4 trips to the office and lots of trial and error, and they *finally* refunded me.***last year's review***Dr. Simon Yeung is ***amazing***!!! I didn't know I was running around in terrible contacts. I thought it was just my terrible eyesight. I put in the first contact and was amazed. I put in the second and was awestruck, just staring at things all over the office. I will be coming back. I'm willing to drive 90 minutes. He's an excellent optometrist!

This is a fantastic place to get glasses. The customer service is very good, and the doctor is personable and knowledgeable. Delia helped me out today, and she took really good care of me. They were even getting close to closing time and I mentioned that we needed to wrap it up so they could leave on time, but she just kept on helping me find the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses. She went above and beyond! I've only had friendly, professional interactions with the people here. If you want great service, you'll come here.

I usually don’t write reviews but at my job it’s noticed, maybe they read theirs.I had my first appt yesterday, everyone was so nice and polite. I told my husband about it and he ask me to see if I could get him an appointment. I did, he got there about 10mins early they weren’t open yet, fine. His thing was the 2 ladies sitting at the desk didn’t look up or acknowledge that someone (a customer) was knocking at the door. Teachable moment: Just look up, make some type of acknowledgement (hold up your fingers to say 5 or 10 mins). Of course he left, I called to let them know what happen and maybe next time someone will at least acknowledge a customer at the door and the person who answered the phone was very I don’t carish and just okay no problem. No…….., I’m sorry that happened, I’ll let the staff know, (nothing). I have to return but I guess I’ll find my husband somewhere else to get his eyes checked.

Impolite “Doctor” rushing and making my sister feel wrong for being scared of eye drops. Next time don’t yell at kids the audacity to be alone in the room for some reason with her and thinking I won’t find out about you being plain rude needs to stop. After done receiving from what I need in the place you guys call a environment I don’t ever want to come back! A big NO!
