Biggest frauds I've ever dealt with. Their finance department is a joke and refuse to fix my contract we've agreed on. Months of trying to have it fixed and they still won't abide by the contract. Crooks and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I had my oil change their for a warranty oil change. Found the oil filter was not tight and oil started leaking. I would not recommend this place for service.

I wouldn't give this establishment a star to save my life. The clerks or hard of hearing this the second time I been here in two days first yesterday because they didn't change my brakes when I asked bout 3 months ago they told me they where good and my sensors where bad but obviously my sensors was not bad. It read on my dash 14 and 43% on my front and back breaks they said they where good but as we seen yesterday they where not it was the brakes shoes that was really bad. I asked for them to be changed then denied service for that then. Came back yesterday we looked at them together the rotors where damaged and the inner brakes was hardly any on any of the tires. This was the only places working on my truck when my egr clip for my nox system got messed up so I had to let the truck sit at another shop till I can pay to get it fix. I asked for a oil changed with the parts that they should've paid and fixed because when I asked to get it fixed the other damages wouldn't have happened. I asked for a oil changed and all my filters changed they change the filters but didn't even do the oil changed neither did they give me my ro with the multi point inspection sheet. and didn't wash the vehicle sat there for 6 damn hrs for rotors to be turned and brakes and just filters to be put on this is unacceptable for any mechanic business. I am a mechanic I'm not dumb I do this for a lil I just came here because of trade in purposes and to show I kept up with the vehicle. I wouldn't send a stray dog here for help this just horrible. I'm honestly disappointed to say this is how the field does people out here and to a man who served his country for 10 years doing mechanic work and having plenty of people under me. For my brothers and sister in arms don't trust these people with your vehicle at this location. The service director Rivera trying his best but this is unacceptable. Rotors and brakes or given a time stamp for 2 hrs of labor from the time it's on the lift till it get off not 6 hrs. Also filters or not given that much time for labor because there or quick and simple.

The best experience I have had with a gmc service center in a long time. I was having warning lights come on, and other electric problems. They were very thorough with getting all the details and even accommodated contacting another person about my car status while I was out of the country. They also worked with my warranty. When I came to pick it up, they made sure to walk me through what was fixed and even mentioned how my mother (whom they spoke to while I was away) was such a pleasure to work with. I will be bringing my vehicle back in the future and will be asking for Jimmy! Thank you for the great service.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The finance manager Robert Barrett was knowledgeable. The salesperson Sony was very helpful, and he even had a big red bow on the car I bought waiting for me when I was done with finance.

I took my truck in to Texan on July 5,2023 for a little bird noise in the engine at Idle but my truck ran fine because I had just come back from vacation in Florida .They said the bird noise was my came and lifters so I said fix it. Almost three months later and my truck is still there. Now they're saying my injectors are bad and my catalytic converter is bad. When drove my truck in there I had no problems and no check engine lights at all. My truck is still there. They gave me the truck on 8/21/2023 and I got three miles away from the dealer and the check engine light came on.Granted I just paid them $9600.00 dollars for the repairs.So i took the truck back on 8/22/2023 and it's been there since.I had no injector problems or catalytic converter problems.Your tech damaged these parts on my truck trying to make more money off my warranty.

Had an appointment set for covered service. Tires, oil change and air filter. Had appointment for over a week. Drove an hour to get there and them tell us they’ll only be able to do the oil change cause “they didn’t have guys after 2:00.” They scheduled the appointment time. How does that even make sense. Avoid this place.

Unfortunately, my Service Agent left without telling me my vehicle was ready even after I had asked her if I would get a phone call letting me know it was ready…. Thankfully, Lisa the young Lady working the front desk ask me what I was waiting for and she informed the Service Manager before he left for the day. Thankfully he closed my ticket and returned my car to me…. Lisa definitely saved the day so I didn’t have to give a totally bad review for a oil change going wrong…

Hello,I have a 2017 GMC Sierra truck and I needed a back brake job. The service technician (Mr. Green) was very friendly and helpful in getting this job done. He informed me that he could call a complimentary Uber to take me home which I took him up on that offer. I want to say that this a very good idea for people like me who have to look for a ride home in lieu of waiting there for my vehicle to be repaired. I will be doing my vehicle repairs with Texan Buick in the future and recommending others to check out Texan Buick for their vehicle repair issues.Thanks,Gail B.

when i called to make the appointment to get my truck serviced i did not expect that i would have to leave the vehicle overnight ....two to three days to be exact...it should have been communicated to me at the time i made the appointment. especially for the issue i brought the truck in for which was my power seat being out????one would expect a fix of this caliper would only take a few hours.

I purchased a vehicle on Monday Aug. 14, 2023.The problem is that when the sale person Mrs. Geraldine told me that I would need 2500 as a down payment , I told her the most I could do was a $1000, she went and told the finance personnel working on my file, and they agreed, no one not even the finance person working on my file told me that they would contact Texan GMC next door and use refund of 1,580.00 to add to my down payment without my knowledge. Its alot sneaky things going on at texans dodge and they only care about selling the next vehicle. I was also told that I would need my spouse on the loan only because of our prior purchase history together. Come to find out at signing that she is not even on the loan at all after pulling her credit report. Even thought she was on the loan for my trade in vehicle. It's almost like texans dodge does whatever they want to whoever to make a sell. I need that $1500 back from my canceled warranty. It's funny because a finance person told me I can bring the truck back and cancel the new deal and get my old vehicle back. How bout that great customer service! I will never shop at this dealer again and I would recommend that you everyone be very careful when it comes to this dealer ship.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!! Went in to buy a vehicle for the listed price, planned out purchasing for that price plus tax and so on. They came back with a magical $6,000 of add-ons, stuff they had already done to vehicle but decided to wait until running numbers to say anything about it. Price ended being 12,000 more that expected. Dishonest, misleading, and unethical. I hope they change but never will I be here again and will lead people away from this place.

I had an appointment at 13:30 (7/10/2023) to have my oil changed using my Advantage plan. I did not want tire rotation or complimentary wash after the oil change as part of the Advantage Plan.I arrived at 13:10, and didn’t get my vehicle into the bay until 14:25 and was completed @ 14:55.( A “walk-in” to any oil change company hardly ever exceeds 1 hour.)Attention needs to be given to improve scheduling in order to give Customers a more definitive timeline.Thought:Create teams and offer commissions for amount of vehicles serviced. Involve Techs in conversations on how to improve efficiency.
