I just wanna recommend this place. My service advisor. Victor was so attentive and took care of the problem. My truck Had been at another Dealership that I’ve been to And they didn’t not even bothered to tell me what was wrong with it.. I also want to think Mr. Greg Wilhem he was the person to tell me to bring in my truck and they’ll take care of the problem.

I have been taking my car for 4 weeks to have a part of the transmission exchanged and the person who treated me only lies and tomorrow he knows how to tell me it will be because he is dealing with a woman he has me already tired of so many lies, this Roberto or Rodrigo is not I know their name well I thought they were a serious company that's why I took my car there please Manager talk to him or give me a good answer I need my car

I have been taking my car for 4 weeks due to a part damaged by the transmission that is still under warranty and they never give me an answer and I don't even know what to do if I pick up my car from AI and take it somewhere else because they only tell me that from 2 to For 3 days they have called me and I am the one who has to call. I am already tired that they are looking at my stupid face without giving me a good answer. Please, Manager, talk to Roberto or Rodrigo. I don't remember their name well and give me a good answer. I thought they were a serious company I am a woman who needs her car Thank you

Abe was the only person that showed understanding and concern but they showed him disrespectful attitude...do not trust Texan GMC . Write reviews go to Yelp file complaint with the attorney this dealership practices are evil ...

This dealership is a nightmare. Had a salesman cold call me after being told I was holding off in shopping for a truck. They happened to have a truck I was interested in. Texts went unanswered calls with promises to get the total price of the vehicle went unanswered. When I asked for a video walk around and start up of the truck I got sent 4 5 second videos of a different truck parked in the lot. Let them know I was a cash buyer and ready to buy the truck- still no replies. Finally reached out to someone else and got the cash price 7 hours later just to be told someone else sold the truck. Something’s just not right w this place. Steer clear.

I found a truck on line on Texan GMC lot.. I called and talked to Alex..The price for the 2024 gmc slt was listed for 70k . It has 4k miles.. Its almost new.. I did on line credit app..the next day he came back with numbers..,,. 12% interest I have a 763,797,729 credit score.. What a joke.. I would do no stars if I could..

Customer service by this guy named GUNNER in the service department is terrible! He is very unprofessional and acts like he don’t care to service you. This is my second time having him and it’s the same terrible customer service from him. Now to be honest I’ve never had problems with anyone else there and even this time when I asked for the manager because of GUNNER’S unprofessional actions the manager took care of me in a timely manner. So if you go here don’t let GUNNER assist you! I can’t believe that he’s not fired by now. How can you let a guy like this represent your place of business! Very unprofessional!

I brought my vehicle here for windshield washer reservoir. Was told it would be covered by the warranty. The Advisor Itzel Rayo is the worst, she never called back, she’s unprofessional & is a liar, They kept my vehicle over night, And charged me $214 to tell me it was clogged. I paid for them to tell me what I knew originally. This Dealership only wants to scam you out of money. Some of the charges were for supplies they use on other vehicles. Take your car and money anywhere else. Manager Abe Lopez was just as useless.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT
I went to get an oil change with my last Advantagecare package on JUNE 25 and noticed when I opened my hood on JULY 13 my cap to my coolant reservoir was completely off and was never put back on. The only reason I looked under the hood was because my car gave me an alert that my car was overheating. I have not driven since JULY 13 and the day of JULY 17 I drove again and it did the same thing. I contacted my stepdad because he is a mechanic. I let him know what happened and he filled it up himself. One little mistake from the service department could have ruined my engine, if not more. This is very unacceptable!!!

With $1,250 I got the best customer service! I wonder how it would’ve been if I had given a down payment of $250. Great experience! I absolutely recommend them. Miguel is your only person to go to, no one else.

Horrible experience….( IMRAN ) was no help I was trying to be a first time buyer and instead of helping me buy my first car, already pre approved, he ran my credit multiple times and increased the price past my pre approval lowering my credit by almost 150 points. He then tried to persuade me to switch to one of their supported banks like chase and GMC bank after ruining my credit. If you’re looking for a car from Texan Buick avoid having ( IMRAN ) because he will run your credit into the ground and try to scam you by increasing the retail price without warning; terrible human being…….
