I came at 1:15 for a routine oil change. I was told full service time would be 90 minutes tops. It’s 4:00 pm, no one has yet to start service on my vehicle. I had to request my vehicle back and leave. Grateful for Clinton, he was good.

We had a great experience from the time we walked in to the dealership till we took our Sienna van delivery. The entire process was smooth and especially the sales advisor, Eberardo Solis (Lalo), was courteous, listened to our needs and explained all the details.

Cody was the closer and was really unprofessional being the "closer" of the night. Don't bring your car here for service unless you absolutely have to.
