Asked for two inches to be cut, she cut over 6 inches off and cut a big chunk of hair off in the back and called it a layer. My hair was tangling and she was so rough with it and kept yanking the knots out. I cried all the way home. Will never go back again ?

The person at the counter seemed annoyed when asking for our information to register, and to cut my husband's hair he was very impatient while he looked for a photo to show him how he wanted the cut, on the other hand the person who cut my husband's hair my son was very kind.

Do not go here as a walk-in if you don't like line jumpers. I waited 15 minutes seated inside checked in. My name was on the monitor as up next....WRONG. I was skipped by a modern Fedex driver. Right to the front she went! Neither the stylist, or the driver ever looked at me, they looked around me as if I didn't exist. I walked out, I was defeated by modern day attitudes of dismissal and cancelling. Super cuts will no longer have my business. All businesses should be first in the door in person, first to be served! They should at least have the courtesy to tell the people seated and waiting inside that they encourage line jumping and there is a chance you will be punished for waiting in person. As a punishment for not checking in on line you will go to the back of the line....again, and again, and again.

Used to come here and always got a good haircut but after today I will never return. The only person that knows how to cut hair there has short hair and glasses (I forgot her name) but the girl I had today seem like she had no idea what she was doing. I should her two reference photos that I wanted and told her just cut the sides and trim a little on time. As she pretty much gives me a buzz. So bad I wish I never cut my hair. Only go to real Barber shop! Never these chain ones!Service: Haircut

Don't go here! My husband went for a simple undercut touch-upp (fade the sides at a 1 up to the top). The girl couldn't do that. He ended up just having her shave his head & I have to touch it up because she missed spots.
