Grateful and spoiled. I had made a last minute appointment with Treacy and I am so glad she was able to squeeze me in. The shop was very cleaned and Ms. Treacy was very professional. She didn't make me feel embarrassed about my hair. After seeing my hair completed, I went ahead and made another appointment. Highly recommend.....

An appointment was booked for my child to get her hair done the owner $55 to test out a strand and told us that her hair was damaged and she could not get her hair dyed the color that she wanted and it wouldn't take.Well we went to someone else and got her hair dyed and there was absolutely nothing wrong with her hair and the color took completely I am super disappointed that she almost destroyed my daughter's birthday. I'm disappointed that she felt the need to lie and tell us that the color wouldn't take when she could have just been honest and said she didn't want to do her hair but then the charge somebody $55 to do a test on one strand. SmhThis would have been our 3rd time doing business with her but after this I'm done.

Crystal is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!I went to my appointment with a style already selected when I originally booked, however I wanted to change it up (at the last minute). Crystal asked me what I wanted and I showed her a style (from her own DOPE hair style gallery, and when I say DOPE, I mean just that, FIRE!!!!). She did not hesitate and said “Yes, I can do that”!! Worst experience with a hair salon in my entire life. My appointment was booked for 2:30pm and I left the salon at 9:00pm. There's no reason any client should be in a salon for a total of 7 hours for their hair to be styled. 5 or 6 people who entered after me got their hair finished before I did. Tracey was talking about how my hair was nice and how it would be easy to finish, that was around 4:00pm. I understand that the stylist has to rotate clients to try and get them out as quick as possible. Its just not fair that clients who booked for a later time get priority. I was the last client in the salon, I did not receive any compensation. Would not recommend going.Service: Hairstyling
