It is always fun to see what different things liquor stores have when we travel. This one did not disappoint. Found some new things to try and didn't find some things that we see at ours in another state. The staff was most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Gave us a great suggestion for dinner as well that was fabulous!

Love this Spec's location! Every time I come in here,.. (which isn't enough, in my opinion, because I'm in real need of more cocktails and a vacation lol ?)...the employees and customers alike, are extremely friendly and helpful. Down to earth folks and I always leave with a few laughs, many smiles...and yes, sometimes one too many of their special, oh so yummy, pecan pies around the holidays lol ?. Highly recommend this location...don't let the traffic on the feeder deter you from visiting them please. You'll miss out on their hospitality and wonderful service! ?
(P.S. It is handicap accessible with a wheelchair ramp and parking up front for us finer folks with handicap plates, who have worked a bit too hard and need a little extra help to get through our days ?❤️)

My first time at this specs location in humble first seemed like a nice location, clean and organized however I encountered HORRIBLE customer service by a dark skinned older woman (a senior) there was literally NO line and while I entered my payment card with chip she got very frustrated because when prompted to enter a phone number and after it was entered she got mad and with a very rude attitude implied that my card was not working or my chip was ruined and she asked me to take it out and do it again and not to mess up her system. After I paid I asked for a separate purchase for a lotto ticket and told her I was paying cash she got even more angry and rudely told me she cannot help me because she’s busy , keep in mind there is NO LINE AND NO CUSTOMERS and her job IS TO HELP . I’m pretty sure she ran all the customers off because of that horrible first time experience with the Customer service I will NEVER go to that location again and do not recommend it to anyone else either. Definitely 1 star review!

They weren’t friendly at all from the time I walked in the door there was a lady serving samples of a drink. She never asked me if I wanted one but she made sure she asked the person that came in behind me which I thought was very rude because I did
want to try it but after that, I said, forget it. The lady who checked me out, took my payment, put the drinks in a bag, and turned away from me will never
visit that specs again poor customer service ???
