This place has the worst customer service. I came in for a pedicure I was directed to the back where I sat for 30 min just waiting. Shoes off,feet cold, just sitting and waiting. My friend had to go up front and get beverages since no one came back to ask us if we wanted anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

This place does ugly nails, I show them a picture of waht I wanted done and they did something totally different. Since it was coffin shape they cut with clipper but in some they clip to much so at the end it made my finger look crooked and they said it's normal is your finger.
They honestly look like I place clip-ons from the drug store.
Came back to let them know 3 after and they keep arguing is normal.
Just don't come here if you have an specific design they don't know how to do them

Went in to get a pedicure and the men said we would have to wait an hour so I said ok, my daughter and I said do you need to write our names down and he said no. So we went to Las Palomas to wait, came back and the lady said I thought you weren't coming back, then he said we have a emergency. So RUDE!!!

Most of the staff were unfriendly, especially the lady that did my pedicure. I spent $40 for a basic pedicure with shellac and it wasn't worth any penny. The tech that did my pedicure did a very sloppy job, and left me with polish on my skin. majority of the pedicure I was jumping and wincing from pain from her being so rough. I tipped $3 just to be nice but i won't be returning!

I went there mid June, got tips& powder.It wasn’t the fact that my nails looked like chicken fingers as much as, once the nails came off (which they did super quick) my nails are SO damaged right now. Breaking from mid nail trying to cut so they won’t start bleeding if I accidentally break it.I have NO idea what products they use… but I’d gotten my nails done a million times and this never happened.

Sunny did a great job she was understanding and overall generous. It was my first time at the shop and the first set I got I was unhappy with, but I came back and Sunny did a new set and she made sure I was satisfied and happy. The prices are good in the staff is quite fast. More than likely will be coming back for a refill! ❤️
