DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! When we first checked in, I explicitly told them we needed airport transportation at 3:30 PM. They assured me it was included in my reservation and that all I had to do was be in the lobby 15 minutes early—no big deal.
When we got to the room, there were only two pillows on the king-size bed. I went down to the front desk to request two more, and the receptionist said to check the room for more. We did but there wasn’t any there. After insisting, he barely glanced in the back, shrugged, and said there were none available. Eventually, he rolled his eyes, sighed, and actually broke into an unused room to steal two pillows. He made me feel terrible for even asking. When we came for breakfast service, the food counter had syrup dripped over the sides and in multiple puddles. Their resolution was to put napkins over it and left. This is beyond unacceptable customer service.
The next day, my disabled partner and I were in the lobby at 3 PM, well before the 3:15 PM pickup time they specified. We waited over an hour before the airport shuttle finally showed up. I had to approach the front desk to inquire about the delay, and the staff member simply shrugged and went back to his game on his phone. When the manager finally spoke to us after waiting until 3:50, he offered no apology and said there was nothing he could do. He showed no concern for the situation.
When the shuttle finally arrived past 4 PM, the driver revealed that Sleep Inn had never notified him the night before about our ride and he had several more stops before we would be dropped off. He was unscheduled and we were left stranded.
This appalling lack of communication, utter irresponsibility, and total disregard for basic customer care caused us to miss our flight, inflicted significant stress on my disabled partner, and forced us to find a new flight home. This experience was an absolute nightmare. I hope future guests take the time to read this and stay somewhere else.

Horrible service! Was promised wifi and never could connect. Place has a doggy daycare next door so all you heard was barking. I called on a Friday to extend my night stay to 2 nights instead of 1 which was confirmed they could do it. Got there to check in Saturday and they told me they were sold out and I would have to come down early Sunday morning for availability. But yet my card was charged twice! Very unpleasant and rude people. Was told they could only give me a 50% refund when I ended up leaving to get another room at a different location and didn't even stay one night due to working remotely and needing wifi. Will never in my life recommend nor stay at this place again.

Our flight to DFW was diverted and we had to stay overnight in Houston. We were hungry, frustrated, and tired after a 12hr flight, 2hr wait in baggage claim and another 2hr quest for answers from American Airlines. We were received so well by the reception desk attendee, Neil, was very kind and professional despite being bombarded with many frustrated passengers. Later to find out that this was his first night on the job! We were highly impressed by his composure. Neil is definitely an asset to Sleep Inn, he handle this crowd of frustrated passengers so well on a night that we were in most need of it! Thank you to Neil for making this experience with Sleep Inn exceptional.

I absolutely love this hotel. It's a GREAT PLACE to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable . The BREAKFAST is DELICIOUS! The hotel is in a very relaxed environment. The Manager Paul is very nice, courteous, empathetic, kind, professional and accommodating. I appreciate the service that I've received staying here. Absolutely the BEST. I highly recommend the SLEEP INN❤️. I will definitely be back.

Terrible service from the receptionists when giving directions to take transportation from the airport to the hotel, in addition to the fact that the receptionists took a rather hostile attitude

Worst experience of my whole life. Non professional, rude employees, they were making fun of my parents for being new to the state. The rooms smell like rotten food and so does the hotel. I found 5 bugs in my room. And the best part is they STOLE my fathers ID and when we called them and told them we are coming to pick it up the next day they said okay we have it come tommorow. The next day we went there and they said “oh someone with an uber came in and just picked it up” and they Literally GAVE THEM MY DADS ID! And then the manager called the police but after 10 minutes of no police showing up we went in and turns out they never even called the police in the first place. Then we went in and they lied about it being a man then a woman then a man again who took the id. They told us that its in alabama and it will be here the next day. Then they said that it will come by ups but all ups are closed. They started laughing and cursing at us and tried to kick us out.

DO NOT STAY HERE! WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT!!! They do not care to help you with anything! They stuffed up our shuttle and would not help us get on another one or gelp us find other form of transport we nearly missed our flight! They did the same thing to another guest that morning and hadn't given him his wake up call as requested. We had to then walk in the dark with suitcases with our kids in tow trying to get an uber. The concierge guy kept smirking about our troubles and wouldn't help at all! The only thing good about this hotel was that on the map it was conveniently located to the hotel but let me tell you that aint going to help you get there on time when their shuttle service is well non existant! Only 1 luggage trolley for the whole hotel! Rooms werent very clean either. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!
Rooms: Terrible that is all I have to say
Safety: This hotel has no regard for your safety. They wont help you with anything and leave you walking the streets in the dark with suitcases and children to find other forms of transport as their shuttle service is despicable!!!! NOT A SAFE PLACE

Food & drinks: They can do better with breakfast in the morning. But other than that it's nice and quiet close to the airport rooms are clean and the staff is very nice that's the only reason why I gave it four stars because of the breakfast they serve in the morning.

Location is terrible
Room service was not great, same sheets were used for 5 days in a row and never changed
Wifi, only time it would work is after 11pm and even then you are lucky to be able to stream anything
Dog Kennel right next to Hotel so if you like being woken up to 15 to 30 dogs barking in the morning this hotel is great for you, they should really invest in better sound proof windows
Breakfast was bad, giving polystyrene bowls to put in microwave is not smart, here is some porridge and milk, now bung that in polystyrene and heat in microwave
Overall Hotel was not great

The naysayers here are clearly entitled freeloaders. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very well maintained, and it is a comfortable place to stay. The ownership/staff is very abrasive and not representative of the guest centrism we expect in the US. Beware, the WiFi simply doesn’t work and they seemingly have no plan to fix it. Be prepared to use your phone’s personal hotspot.
Rooms: Very clean, well maintained and comfortable.
Nearby activities: Plenty of great food options in the area and easy access to I-69/Hwy 59

Make sure you call the front desk to get put on the shuttle pick up list when you get your luggage. You wont get a ride unless you do this. This hotel bed was the most comfy that I have been in in a while and I travel for work a lot! Yes, it's a little dated. Yes, there was a slight smell when I walked into room but it didn't linger. There was a toothbrush by the sink and the room was larger than most living rooms. There was a dog kennel beside the hotel but I did not hear any dogs barking overnight.
It was a great experience and I would stay there again.
Walkability: Could walk across street to C store for a snack.
