Slater’s was a GREAT help with making sure all my questions were answered about my recently purchased 1941 Pontiac Torpedo. I am new to the classic car world and needed some guidance on what is expected and not expected. The owner took the time out of his morning to help me and at no cost. I look forward to using Slater’s for any needs my car may need.

Have had my cars serviced at Slaters for about 10 years now. They recently found/repaired oil leaks on my Pilot that the dealership missed. They replaced struts and motor mounts on my Camry which now runs like a champ again. They’re friendly, personable, knowledgeable, affordable, and always deliver quality work.

I took in my classic car for some miscellaneous repairs.
The staff was friendly and professional.
They assessed my needs and completed the repairs in just a few days at a very acceptable cost.
I would definitely recommend Slaters to anyone looking for honest work vs price, and quick turn around on getting your vehicle back.

I have used them a few times and was happy until now. The gas pedal on my sons car broke about 5-6 years ago and they fixed it for us. My daughter drives that car now and it broke while she was driving on the highway on Friday night and she could have had an accident. I had to pay $300 to tow it to the shop in Huntsville for it to get fixed (AGAIN!!) After further review, it was never fixed the first time but I sure was charged for it to be fixed. They rigged it with a zip tie that was undetectable with the eye because it was behind the pedal. Very frustrated with this shop and would not recommend them for anything. I had to give one star to post this but I would not give them a star.OK...SO IT WAS 7 YEARS.....IT WAS NOT EXPLAINED TO ME WITH A ZIP TIE...THAT IS TOTALLY UNSAFE AND I AM SURPRISED IT LASTED THAT LONG. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS FIXED AND THAT WAS IT. $44.00? I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THAT ONE BUT WHATEVER. MOTOR MOUNTS WERE ALL TAKEN CARE OF AT A FRACTION OF THE COST. THANK YOU

They stole $20,000 from me in October of 2021! They did not do the work, nor return my money. There are at least TWO other people that were also scammed. They lost a lot of money also.Very unprofessional to keep our money.

I took my truck into a Brake Check and a Goodyear some six months back or so. They both preached that I needed to change my brakes out immediately.
Took it to Slater's today and had my alignment done. Also asked Mike if he would check the brakes as well. Mike Kule at the desk was honest and told me I had 10-15% left. I shop and spend my money with businesses that are upfront and honest. I live in Tomball but will make the drive out just to have any work done in the future.

Cool waiting room with very nice admin. They no longer do routine oil changes, but if you have time they will go buy oil and change it for you. For inspection and oil change; If you leave your vehicle before lunch, plan to pickup towards closing. Great service and people if you’re not in a hurry.

My entire family has been bringing our vehicles here for over 15 years at least. We've NEVER had a complication or any kind of issue with them.I've lived all over the state of Texas and I trust this place so much that I have had my truck towed from Dallas to Atascocita just because I know 100% that they aren't going to try to pull anything shady on me and that they will get the job done right the first time.
