The Manager Jonathan at Deerbrook Mall location shows no empathy when it comes to customers.. I purchase from the store Sunday 9/14/25 and needed to return Thursday 9/18/25 but I didn’t have my receipt so he said he can only give a store credit, but the system should be able to pull up a receipt from that date, Jonathan knew he could do the return but chose not to.. I have returned to that location before without a receipt and the manager gave me a cash refund, yes it was a different manager. All the manager should follow the same policy not pick and choose what customer they will do services for….. Since new management that location is rude and very unprofessional and do not greet customers when walking in…. Do better when it comes to customer satisfaction!!!

This young guy who answer my call was not helpful. I was rushed off the phone and he didn’t answer when I told him I would call right back with SKU number for my six yr old shoes. Last night I spent well over $600 on my kiddo and I feel like just taking it all back and spending my money else where. Where the staff of caring, kind, helpful and appreciate their customers.

Seemed like we were such a bother to ask for help. The girl we asked was biting her nails and rolled her eyes. She went to the back for a few minutes and came back because she forgot the shoe size…. The store was not even busy for the employees to be annoyed.

Was in the store planning to purchase about 3 pairs of shoes. The customer service sucks. All the employees were behind the register laughing and joking. I observed multiple customers being ignored. When I finally was helped, she acted like i was bothering her. I took my money to JD.

Bought my husband a pair of Jordan's for Valentine's day. The clerk who I spoke with had an attitude from the jump. I brought her a shoe from the shelf and asked if I could get it in a 10. She brought me a totally different shoe shoved it in my hand and just walked away before i could even say this is the wrong shoe, so he just said forget it at that point. And got something totally different. I should have spent my hard earned money somewhere else. You are lucky that I was shopping for him! And It wasn't about me that day.

Wanted to buy a pair of shoes and asked a woman if they have size 9. She just said I have to look for men shoes because they don't have size 9 on women section like I was looking at the wrong place. I questioned her a lot more because it didn't make sence. I stayed there trying to process what she said then decided to ask a man about the shoes I wanted. He scanned the bar code, said they have size 9, got the shoes for me and I paid for it.

Every single employee at this store needs to be replaced. Upper management must visit this store. Horrible service. Customer service reps, you're only paying them for nothing because they too also just pick up the line and do not answer you.

I went to another Shoe Palace in Willowbrook Mall looking for a certain item, and was told they did not have it. I asked the employee if they could look in their system if another Shoe Palace had it available. The employee said that Shoe Palace in Deerbrook Mall had it available. So I myself called this Shoe Palace in Deerbrook Mall before I went, and asked if they had available the certain item I was looking for. The employee on the phone said yes, and I asked if they could hold it for me, the employee said YES she could hold it for me (Note- I don’t live close, im coming from Cypress area), the employee said she would hold it for me just for that day. I showed up 2 hrs later due to traffic, and was told that they had sold the item I was coming to pick up. Before even showing up to this Shoe Palace in Deerbrook Mall, I asked if I could purchase the item online to AVOID any problems and was told NO that I couldn’t. I was mad, upset, because I could have avoided the trip, my time, my gas in my car.

Love the store but they have too many young ppl working that play a lot around n don't help r greet customers when you come in, its like you have to find help. Please hire some mature employees that take their job n yur business serious
