Ask for prices on everything and a receipt, pay in cash. Because the cashier will rob you. He adds extra taxes and changes pricing. And careful with the old lady out side she will want to get in your car lol

This is by far one of the worst Shell stations that I have been to their overpraised they will try to up-sell you I purchased two Gatorades which both appear to be opened and very old and stale will criticize you if you were spending your EBT card to make a purchase still quick to take it easy card for your purchase ad they will talk about you at the same time just from using your EBT card here to make your purses the buyers beware if you're paying with your EBT card they will take your EBT card for your purchase and at the same time talk about

August 31st, 2017, went to get gas at pump #2, was told I could only get premium because supposedly they were out of the other gas. Started my car and left heading towards Mesa dr because I had an Uber request. My engine light came on and I pulled off of the Beltway onto the feeder and into a neighborhood. My car shut down and wouldn't restart. Eventually got towed to the dealership and the next day they checked my vehicle out. They brought to me a bottle containing bad gas or as it was termed, contaminated gas. As I and the manager at the dealership spoke the gas began to seperate. My vehicle is a 2017. I uave receipts from the transaction plus video footage of the two men going to the pumps draining them and then pouring the contaminated fuel into what appears to he a drain of some sort. There is no direct number to the gas station itself, only a financial holdings company. This issue will be handled or settled legally now.

Filthy bathrooms and bad service. While inside I got to watch a woman get beat up by some guy/her boyfriend and the staff just told him to go outside, didn't even call the cops. Go elsewhere. Plenty of better options around.

Poor attitude, the lady working the register was obviously not thrilled to be at work. "HELLO...YOU WORK AT A SHELL!!!" Go apply somewhere more entertaining than breathing in ethanol fumes and running pan handlers off all day.. like a box assembly warehouse or refrigerator hose surplus depot.

SHELL 14605 Eastex Freeway Service Rd Humble TX 77396 Got 8 gallons regular gas 8/31/17 @ 3:25pm. Went 3 miles and car sputtered and died. Got towed to Cadillac dealership. Mechanic said bad gas. Called Shell and manager said problem with my car not his gas. BEWARE Gas from here after Harvey. Gas station takes no responsibility.
