Don’t buy the “promotions” they have. I bought 5 in last April and used it twice. I go back and they said I don’t have any left. They never expired so the other 3 mysteriously vanished. I went to pay the $14 and I was mad about not having my ones I already paid for. So I handed her a $20 and asked for change. Still was going to give a $2 tip but all of a sudden her cash drawer won’t open. I asked to pay by card and nope she couldn’t do that because she rang it up as cash. She asked if I could come back and no i couldn’t on my lunch break. Don’t try to call customer service there is none. Their website is a non working website that says it’s not a protected site that could steal your information. What kind of business are you guys running over here? 1/25/2024 at noon today. Take your money elsewhere.

I went to this location just because it’s close to me but I usually go to the one in Willowbrook. Anyway. I got my chin and eyebrows threaded. It’s usually a little burning sensation to I didn’t think anything of it. But she completely cut me all up. It never stopped burning. Now I have to walk around with my neck and chin all cut up! It’s the first time this has ever happened. Never going back there again. Worst experience ever.

I usually go to the one in the woodlands (they are wonderful) but I didn’t want to make the trip down there. So I came to this one and normally I ask them just to shape them and not thin them and she took off more than half my eyebrows now they are thin lines that are missing hairs and splotches that are gone will never come back here again she did not listen to what I wanted.

I love coming here. I'm not going to say I have always had a good experience with any of the ladies here but with Biance, she always does what I ask her & makes my eyebrows look great! Even when I haven't been in a little while, she remembers exactly what I want. I stopped waxing my eyebrows bc they look so much better after I started seeing her here.

The only place I trust with my eyebrows! They can be a little pushy with the gift cards they try and get you to buy/ reload, but otherwise a great place. They're so good at getting the shape right. Highly recommend.

I told the lady do not make them thin and leave my tail ends because I do not draw on my brows... she took off the entire end on the right and they were both thin. She asked me if I wanted her to fix them but how can she fix them if they are already thin. All she could do was take off the end on the left brow but I was not getting back in the chair to let her mess them up more than they already were. TERRIBLE! Then she still charged me the full amount no discount, no I'm sorry then looking at them like she don't see what I'm talking about. They so messed up even Stevie Wonder can see what I'm talking about. No offense to anyone but I'm angry. DO NOT waste your money going there you are better off doing them yourself.Service: Eyebrow threading

I enjoyed my experience with Sajida! I have very thin ends on my brows and usually have a problem with techs taking them off! Sajida listened to my complaint about and executed my brows perfectly! I will be going back!

I was skeptical on getting my brows thread because I have let them grow out for over two years. Well thanks to shapes Brow bar my eyebrows are NOW uneven, short and they look hideous. I'm honesty so upset at my self for even stopping in this place. I calmly pointed out her mistakes, as opposed to fixing the issue or offering a discount she said, "oh I see now it's shorter," I paid and just left because to be honest I was going to go off and instead held it together. I waited to get to my car and tried calling the phone number (281) 358-4305 listed on Google and Deerbook Mall's website and it's disconnect. Horrible service and thank to Shapes Brow Bar I'm insecure and will grow my eyebrows out again. **[[DISCLAIMER]]**So if you want good shapes and fully looking brows DO NOT GO HERE!!!!]]**

There are maybe 1 or 2 ladies that care here. Other than that rushed mediocre service. Willowbrook way better. Won't return to this location. Try to do a better job ladies and quit trying to sale gift cards. Care about your work.

I arrive and the lady was just on her phone. She had me waiting for awhile and then when she was doing my eyebrows, she slapped my hand to move it away and would turn my head hard then had the audacity to ask for tip.
