Sadly I drove from Dallas before my flight back to California looking for good boudin... this needs a bit more seasoning... I to live in Port Arthur and went to Judices... they had good boudin... this is a little better than zumiez... I'll try the sausage next... really disappointed... to me not enough seasoning and a little too much rice. The spicy could be kicked up a bit tooI must say the pork and green onion sausage was excellent! Plenty of seasoning and suoer flavorful! I would go back and buy that for sure. Gave them an extra star for it

Hey Foodies! The very reason I selected ????'s. Because I've become apart of "Saucier's Cajun Boudin." My love of people, cooking, meat cutter at different company's. For more then 30 yrs. I have found my home. We would enjoy you all to come over and do business.

Completely disappointed. Was on the search for a place to get good boudin as the shop near me that had a decent product closed about 6 months ago and I've been looking ever since. Read previous reviews which claimed this boudin was authentic and true to Louisiana but I bought the spicy pork boudin and it's inedible to me. Utterly bland. Three bites taken and the rest is going into the garbage.

Phenomenal boudin and even better people! After having moved to Houston from Baton Rouge, Sauciers if a fresh of breath air when I feel a little home sick.
