Tire service is horrible in the Tire area. There are no customer service skills at all. Sams can't live by name and repretation if your staff does not go through a customer service class. I guess I may have to consider Costco.

Service is good, when you get it, if you need it. But, this specific sams is becoming useless to me. Last several times I've been, the item I need is sold out, but 9/10, it's now being sold online instead. And I'm now stuck having to go to Walmart or the sams on richey rd. Bleh

Used my Sam's app to zap through the line and make my quick exit. The scan as you go feature is great. My daughter showed me how and I've been using it every time.

It’s always been a terrible experience at the fuel pumps. They finally learned from the Katy location and now have arrows directing traffic to make it “easier”. People are getting in line facing the wrong direction and causing chaos. They should have someone out there for now directing everyone or put up some signs. I don’t think people pay any mind to the arrows on the ground. Management or security need to fix this to make it easier for everyone.

I had went to the store and used scan and go somehow it didn't work but my card was charged. I reached out to the supervisor who advised to recheck out and if the pending charge didn't fall off to come back to the store for a refund. So the payment never fell off I went to customer service for assistance and the young lady refused to help. She insisted either me or two kids walk the store to find the supervisor. She began to argue with me and I told her she was very unprofessional and to get management. The issue was eventually resolved but I just couldn't believe an employee was being combative with a customer.

I usually have nothing but good things to say about Sam's Club but so disappointed with the experience I had today. Put up a Rotisserie chicken and being a dark meat woman, I had one thigh and went to get the other side but nothing but a bloody mess. Just thinking I ate one side that looked ok but the other side still bloody turns my stomach. And I have to be careful considering I am fighting cancer. Call to complain but I was hang twice on. Put on hold and phone went deaf. Just a shame. Do better Sam's, you can kill someone with that mistake

I haven't been to Sam's Club in a while because I just never did renew my membership. We'll I recently renewed it and found out that on the app you can scan the items from your cart with your phone and pay on the app and skip the checkout lines. That was great! I will be using this feature from now on.
