I had no idea what I needs to do to get my hair a certain color . I asked the girl at the counter and she helped me find the right color and explained to me step by step what I needed and how to do it. When I got home I did exactly what she said and it came out just how I wanted it to be.

I came in Monday afternoon to get some shampoo and I must say y’all’s customer service is outstanding !Chloe was very polite and helpful showing me all the different products that could help. 10/10 would recommend this place.

Walked in a few mins before closing after leaving HEB not realizing it was close to closing time, walked in did not get greeted, after walking around, the chubby lady up front yells “turn off the lights so and so, were closed already” as my self and my son were looking in the last isle, I said “ok we can take a hint” only to walk to a LOCKED door, she did warn me the doors locked” I thought to my self well open since your so ready to get me the he’ll out your store! Terrible customer service ma’m I hope your addressed, a little advise if you don’t like working with customers and just ready to run off customers, you are in the wrong business when MAJORITY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE WOMEN !!!! 11/20 8pm

RUDE EMPLOYEES! Spend your money elsewhere! I went in to pick up my online order and the employees were RUDE! Definitely will not be returning to Sally’s ever again. Disgusting customer service.

Went to pick up an in store item and the cashier was rude. She (stated her name is Kayla after I went back and asked) was polite to the individual whom was a different race group before me and when I walked to the counter to show her what I was looking for all she said was ID. Then she has me sign my copy, does not ask if a bag is needed or anything. When she asked the lady prior did she want to sign up for a credit card, was she signed up for the rewards. I do not shop at Sally's and after this never will again. The customer service is not there and if my daughter did not need the product, which is sold out everywhere I would return it. Discrimination was present, even when I try not to see it.

This Sally's location, is the most informative and helpful Sally's I've ever been to. I'm very happy with my experience and now love going there! If you need to go to a Sally's I recommend this one, don't hesitate to ask for assistance, they are happy to help!
