Got me in with no appointment and fixed my rock chip. Paid for the service out of pocket rather than going through insurance. Service was expensive, but I'm hoping that the repair lasts.

They use cheap replacements that crack easily and don't stand behind their warranty. They returned my car to me with a windshield gasket not attached and threatened to call the police on me when I insisted that they correct their installation issue. Go somewhere else.

My technician and the receptionist were friendly, fast, and professional. Everyone wore neat and clean uniforms. The faculties were spotless. Even their service vehicles were clean! In addition, Safelite offered me a bonus coupon that shaved off a very substantial amount from my final bill. The finished job was superb. With added protection warrantee at no extra cost. I even got a pair of new wipers thrown in at no extra cost! Safelite is now my go-to glass installer for good!!! Thanks Safelite for this great customer service experience!!

Had an appointment for replacementWas told car to be there by 9:30. At 4 went back car had not been moved. They close at 5. Guy said do you still want us to do it today. I said well the email sent to us said it needed to set for about 3 hours. His response was “oh that doesn’t matter”!! Then why does safelite send the message. We came back at 5. He brought car around. This is a brand new car. Back passenger door damaged. He claimed to police no cameras. Then he said he took pictures of car before but oddly he forgot to take that side of the car!!! Claimed not responsible. So we had to pay for large scratch and 2 dents! I would never recommend this place to anyone!! They are rude and irresponsible!The manager was already gone and when I told the guy working we had called for a police report he said well what do you want me to do! Dude the car was in your possession all day. So if you go take pictures of car before you leave it!! One star is too high !

Terrible service, my appointment was at 4 and I left the place at 6 with no work done to my truck. They made a mistake on the paperwork and didn’t do the work. They expected that I rescheduled 2 days later.

Like it never happened!!!!So the layup is the professionalism from the front desk to the technician, I was greeted with kindness from everyone. Two things absolutely floored me though. First was the speed. I downloaded a movie on to my phone and barely got halfway through watching it when my car was pulled back arkund. Second, the stickers. I have 4 in total. Registration/ inspection, parking, EZ Tag, and oil change. They were actually straighter on the new windshield that I could do on the old one!!!! Incredible.My technician's name is Justin and he was great. Give that man a raise!

Very polite, professional, and informative.
