Great Storage facility, 100% happy. I had things in there for years; even through the big floods/hurricanes we had in Houston nothing ever flooded. Climate controlled meant everything! Ms. Sonya is fantastic front office personnel, very good person. I would 100% recommend. If I need another storage, I definitely using them again.

Ms. Sonya has great customer service. My family and I have used these storage units for many years. We are still using them. I would not store my items anywhere else.

I Will Never Used Them Again Try Calling On A Few Times So They Can Discuss Why They Didn't Fix The Door Everytime I Went to Get Something Out Always Had A Hard Time On Top Of That Hurting my Hand Bad Business.PLEASE KEEP THE REVIEWING GOING DON'T USED THEM I'M STILL WAITING ON THE MANAGER TO CALL BE BACK BAD BUSINESS...PEOPLE'S KEEP ON DOING THOSES REVIEW HAVE SEND IT OVER TO 311 BAD BUSY AND MANAGEMENT.
