Bought a vape pod from the shop was not aware that you must open a try product before walking out. DO NOT GIVE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY THAT DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT!! Took home return to say it did not work an was leaking. NO EXCHANGES. Happy $20 doesn’t brake or make me but I will never return to such a place.

This store did not disappoint! They had just about everything I was looking for. There is a juice that they have that I can’t find anywhere else but here. Whitney the Manager was awesome with being patient and helping find what I wanted and needed. I highly recommend this store for any and all who are looking for their vaping needs.

Not alot of selection this time around, I don't know if the guy was new but he was not friendly at all. The girl was very nice though. Probably will go to Bahama mamma from now on

For someone who is truly picky when it comes to my nicotine lol this is such a great place. The staff is friendly as heck and great service and walked me through all my options. Definitely will be coming back

I came in real quick for somrthing I needed and I wound up liking the vibe and the customer service, so I ventured into asking some more technical questions, and in spite of the fact that I wasnt entirely sure what i was asking, the gentleman took the time to understand what I was asking, giving me the information I needed, and at no point did I feel pressured to buy, I wasn't planning on purchasing anything at that moment, but the price was way below that of their competitors, and coupled with the excellent service, there was no wayni wasn't buying my new vape. Tell them Maury C, sent you. Lol

HAVE YOUR SALES PERSON TEST YOUR VAPE BEFORE YOU WALK OUT OF THIS STORE. I bought an Ooze duplex and it didn’t work. I walked back in not an hour after buying it and was told to contact ooze and that they can’t do anything because I walked out with it. I would also like to add that I could tell they didn’t want to deal with me because I had the item in my hand and like I said had been in an hour before. They continued to help everyone around me even if I had been there first finally a guy that had walked in after me said “oh are you waiting?” I said yes and THEN someone helped me. It was like they wanted to empty the store before listening to my issue. Also contacted ooze about it and said there should be a serial number on the cape or on a little card in the box. THERE IS NO SERIAL NUMBER ANYWHERE. Soooo fake ooze pen??? Super disappointed because I had told a lot of people how this was the shop to go to. I will no longer be telling anyone to go here.

I had just came back from a trip this morning where I had lost my wallet , I tried to explain to the guy that attended me and he rudely interrupted and didnt let me continue he didnt even try to work with me about my id even though I am 21 . I understand the id policy however I did have a picture on my phone , just disappointing how this guy wasnt understanding of my situation AT ALL .
