When I Say I Have Had Nothing But Nissan 5 From Robbins Nissan But This 2019 Have Gave Me Nothing But Trouble Spending To Much Money It Always Something Wrong I Am Done With Nissan Cause I Have Had Other People's Telling Me About There 2019 Really Sad Cause The Only Car Dealership I Have Deal With Never Had Any Trouble With My Other's Nissan..4 Times In The Last 2 Year's.. First off let me say David Cantu did amazing job with our purchase. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ he gets all 5 stars. No hassle, upfront and very timely. He worked with his finance team to get us out in and out as we had a very importantly appointment Tuesday evening. Thank you David and Tyler in finance. Yall were wonderful!
Now the service dept. Not too good. We had to return because the seatbelt of the Mazda cx5 we just purchased was twisted. How this happens is beyond me. But this is how the car was retuned after they took it in for “service”. My husband didn’t notice it, but I did when I used the car. He was told, Mazda covers seatbelts for lifetime and when reading manual/warranty it says 60months or 60,000 miles which ever comes first. The CarPlay doesn’t work. And the inside lights of the car dont come on either. Now I can’t fault David because he’s only selling what’s on the lot and the car being a 2023 with less than 20k miles we figured it would still be like new. How wrong we were. I’ll be in touch with David as he has been very helpful. But not happy with Robbins Nissan selling a car in this condition. Especially not taking seatbelt safety seriously. My son would normally ride shotgun with my husband in the car but the seatbelt can’t be trusted now. I fear what started off as easy peasy purchase is going to be a nightmare.
*Update* there isn’t one. I called and left message on 8/26 and 8/28 for Kris’s Dial as told and no one has returned my call. Don’t buy a used car here! Go to Gullo where they really care for your time and make things right.

I went to the Robbins nissan humble for preventive maintenance on My Maxima to change CVT transmission fluid flush.
I requested the advisor to kindly fill up the nitrogen in tires, he said I don't know if it free, he Said he will check.
Once the service was completed I inquired about the nitrogen fill up; he paused for a bit and replied that no its a charge to fill up and it's 54.99. I said they have filled up fir free before.
I asked again 54.99..it cannot be.
I just went else where to fill up for no charge AR a customer friendly retailer.
Everyone knows over the years dealership service has been declining rapidly.
