I had an interview coming up, I was coming out of some box braids and needed something done for my hair. I went to Remi's expecting just a press and a trim. I got so much more than that!!
The professionalism, the calming atmosphere with relaxing music and how gentle and soft spoken everyone was. It felt like walking into a spa!
There's a massage chair you can get washed in so you can drift off and leave your worries somewhere else for a little minute. It was VERY relaxing and something I hadn't seen at most other salons before.
Not only that but she has her own makeup line called Periwinkle. I got two shades! They're very hydrating and pretty. I used them for my interview.
With the hair slayed and the makeup looking good, how could I not get the job?? Oh okay!! With the help of Ms. Remi's hands! Come let her get you right too! Don't settle for service in someone's living room. You can have a relaxing environment, great customer service and a professional stylist in your head

My experience with having Remi as my professional hairstylist has been great… if I leave Houston I will fly back just to have her continue to do my hair

The experience at this salon was awesome! The greeting from her assistant to the sitting in the chair for service. The atmosphere was pleasant and serene. Remy was very accommodating as well as her attendant in the salon. I would gladly advise anyone to seek out her services, you will not be disappointed!

I moved here to Humble in 2015. I took care of my hair until I found Remi’s Salon. Remi and her assistant are a very polite outgoing young women. They are very professional and have great understanding of hair types or textures. After assessing your hair they know exactly what is needed to achieve and maintain healthy hair. I feel they cares and is committed to their craft. I recommend Remi’s to everyone I know.

Love Remmie. The shampoo experience was so relaxing. You get to relax in the massage chair, offered a blanket , and a complementary drink. She was gentle with my natural hair.My twist out came out fabulous. She was so professional.So kind.I highly recommend. Give this salon a try you will not regret it. 10/10.

Remi just added a shampoo spa experience. With just my basic root touch up, I got a massage chair shampoo. It was so relaxing and comfortable. And it's available with every hair servuce! I left feeling so relaxed and pampered, along with my hair looking fabulous, as always I get so much value for my self care budget at Remis. If you give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately did not have a good outcome with my Brazilian blow out. $250 was a waste. I really wanted to enjoy the outcome of having less hair to detangle but my hair was just as tangled and matted after the first wash. Even after the first few hours of my blow out, my hair was proofing and frizzing. Keep in mind that this very day that I got my blowout was a little chilly, no excessive heat outdoors whatsoever to cause my hair to swell and frizz.
My husband had to ask if I really used the money he gave me for my hair. I wasn’t happy at all that he had to ask this question.
I’m sure Remi and her staff are good for other hair styles, but I would go elsewhere for a Brazilian blow out. Money flushed down the drain when I could have went to someone that would’ve have gotten the job done right! I honestly would rather have paid double for a better outcome than what I got.
