It’s called Tranquility Spa but the credit card charge goes by the old name “Relax Station”.

Worst experience ever. I go to foot massage establishments, in santa barbara, we had a relaxation station that was top knotch.
The massage men were talking to eachother the whole time. Not paying attention to the massage.. I felt like a 6 year old was giving the massage. Really weird experience..
While getting my 20 min massage, another man asked to rub my arms for 20 mins for an extra 10.00.. thinking I would melt into the massage as I have with EVERY other experience I have ever had, I said yes. He barely gave a massage and then only did 10 minutes even though I had clarified our agreement.
This team needs to shape up, be professional, provide a massage and pay attention to client. WOW, I felt worse after my experience.

Shorted me 4mins on a 20min massage and then tried to hustle me by attempting to charge me for a combination massage which I wasn't going for that, then demanded a tip....Never again will I allow them to pressure me into this half a** service. Very unprofessional and unpleasant

Wow 5/5 stars! I think it’s called Relax Plaza now though. We walked right in (multiple people came maybe 15 mins after) and the massage was so good! Reasonable prices and kind workers. Will visit again.

They are a scam .paid for a 20 minute massage it only lasted 8 minutes my husband timed it . I was on the massage chair so when I payed he said I got a “vip massage” cause 2 people were massaging. One guy massaged my arms for about 2 minutes which I did not ask for . I did not want to argue with them needless to say they lost me as a customer . If they were honest I would have not given them a 1 star review.

Satisfying and relaxing massage while my wife and kids were doing school shopping. The massage felt so good that afterwards I walked away without grabbing my Maui Jim sunglasses, I called the next day and tranquility spa did the right thing by giving the shades to the manager, I was able to pick them up the next day. Little things like this speak volumes about an organization. Great group of trustworthy masseuses.

They are soooo nice!!!! Very good hustlers so if you are on a budget let them know though every dollar is worth it promise definitely recommend them to everyone

Wonderful! Looking at other reviews my experience with this little place was VERY enjoyable. I got an acupressure treatment, and liked it so much I went ahead and stayed for a foot reflexology session too. Highly recommended!

I went hear because I have middle to upper back and neck pain. I told them I wanted 20 minutes concentrating on that area. Instead they were super pushy and insisted on 30 minutes. I said ok. Then feet, I said NO. Then an additional 10 minutes. I said NO. They did it anyway, then insisted on charging me, it wasn't a full 30 minutes and THEN asked me for a tip. On top of that the woman never even concentrated on the middle of my back. Complete waste of money. I will never visit here again.
