Don't bank here!! This branch is garbage. The girl at the window inside is rude, and treats you like a criminal anytime you want to access YOUR money. It's been a bad experience every time we have gone in there. Normally we now drive the extra 15 minutes to the next nearest branch on beltway 8 W Lake Houston Parkway. Today decided to stop here due to being short on time, yet again, treated like a criminal. She wouldn't let me deposit a Christmas CASHIERS CHECK in mine and my wife's joint checking account. As if it was a fraudulent check. She knows me and my family as we have complained and spoke up about the issues on previous visits. It's a wonder this branch stays in business. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.

Don't bank at Regions. Find a bank that actually pays interest on YOUR money and not just holds it for free. Many brick and mortar banks are paying near, at, or over 5% on savings. Regions is paying .01%, as they list on their website, as of 8/13/23. Don't get lazy and just leave your money sitting in a savings account at Regions. Find a bank that appreciates your deposits and does not try to force you into a locked-in CD, just to make what other banks pay on liquid savings accounts.

This branch is a bad representation of the Regions brand. They definitely need to upgrade this location and train employees. I won't be visiting this location again.

Nice people, terrible experience!… No one seems to know what is going on. Communication is extremely slow if any. More mistakes than progress. Everyone in the branch I dealt with seems lost. Even the underwriters have no clue that they are doing, mistake after mistake. The absolute Worst banking experience I have ever had in the 25+ years of dealing with banks. I will never deal with any Regions Bank again as a result of the poor way this branch has conducted business.

I'd rather be stabbed in the eye with a hot poker than to bank here ever again. Lock my business account for no reason, when I attempt to unlock I need to verify transactions. How can I verify transactions if I'm paperless and can't view my statements? What if I had no transactions? I verified 8 other points from my SS# to my address, my Tax ID number, my account number, when the business was formed, when I opened the account, and because I can't name a transaction that doesn't exist, I have to drive 20 minutes to a branch? Business doesn't happen this way in 2022. What a TRASH bank. It's the K-Mart of banking. It's embarrassing that I even have the card in my wallet. Not for long, though.

I had an issue getting a cashier check deposited into my account because of the amount. Region's policy is to put a seven day hold on it. Linda in the drive-thru took great care of me. She had her manager, Oscar, call me the next day. Oscar fixed my issue within an hour. What got me to leave this review is that Linda called later that day to make sure that I was taken care of! Unfortunately, you hardly see this kind of service anymore. Linda and Oscar were awesome! I just wanted to say thank you!

On February 2nd Regions Bank ATM in Atascocita located in Humble Texas retained $680 of my money. I have filed a claim spoke to multiple people and nothing done. This morning the bank manager Oscar wouldn't get on the phone to speak with me. He had Sandra to call me back. I explained to her I've been on a leave from work because of the death of my mom. I have no money no food and have bills to pay. I have my 6 year old granddaughter living with me. Check the cameras, audit the machine. I need my money. Oscar says it's too cold to check the machine now I have to wait until Monday. This is driving me crazy I can't believe this is happening. No help! No compassion! And the bank manager wouldn't even talk to me.

If I was able to give them a zero stars I would they got me for 3200 dollars and they don’t want to give me my money back I did the police report and everything and they STILL giving me a hard TIME on giving me my money BACK they steady closing my case when I’m not on the wrong ..I hate this bank

These people are super nice and helpful. I feel like I made a good choice with them.
