Nail guy was charging me $10 to remove my nails and then I realize he was not going to put acidstone. He was hurting me for that price. I had to walk away. Bad business decision.

Tried to tell me I had to get powder. I did not want and do not like powder. Left a lot of old color behind. The man didn't have the skill to do the simple deep crescent tips I prefer and tried to tell me that it's not possible due to length. Nevermind that it's my go to style and my nails are typically shorter. They charged the lady in front of me 20 dollars for the same service I received yet mine was 40. I've never had a nail tech so blatantly lie to my face and disregard my desires. Will not go back.

It is ok, the staff was nice and the pedicure felt good. Reason for the 3 star, not like most places we go with their grooming tools. Usually, the tools are in sealed bags and opened right before using. These weren't and were washed off in the water and placed in the drawer. Maybe they are sanitized after the pedicures and returned to the drawers.. but, made us wonder. ?

Lines not crisp, polish on my skin, spotty overall very bad job and not worth the $65 that I paid. Seeing them in person would make you angry for me. I really shouldn’t have paid that price but I learned my lesson and I’ll just get somebody else to do it!!!

I just wanted a polish change. I had a dark purple polish on before & wanted to switch to a pink. You can still see the dark polish through the new polish like the guy didn't thoroughly remove the first polish. For $10, I expected better than this.

My sister went here to get her nails done for her birthday yesterday and they were extremely rude, they cut her twice and my sister had asked them to trim them down a little and the nail lady told her to stop being picky… they are way too long and not even shaped.. worst salon ever, we payed 60 for this.

I can't believe how business is done at this establishment. I failed to look at the 1 star review prior to dropping in for a pedicure. My bad. I asked for a $25 classic pedicure. It took about 15 minutes. The massage was about 15 seconds on each leg. The man's demeanor changed when I asked for the classic instead of another pricey one. It came time to pay. I pulled out a credit card and he looked at me and said "you don't have cash"? I said no. I rarely carry cash. He then proceeded to charge a fee to use the credit card. I did not tip him. Stay away from this place. It's inside Walmart. Such rude people.

They spike up the prices every visit . Online it says one price and in person they give you another. My mom and i went on separate days (a day after her). Got the same exact thing (nails and pedicure) i was charged $20 more then her. False advertising at its finest. Also please be careful when dealing with money because I've witness them steal from women especially young ladies. Please count your money and ask questions before dealing with these people. I will not be going back AT ALL for future clients . GOODLUCK!Since the pandemic only the owners have been working there. All the workers quit so they need money to keep the place open they will charge whatever they need to keep the place open. I totally understand, but cheating out your customers will get you ahead but your company will forever fail!Ps there is a place literally next door who has reasonable prices and who does a way better job. And you don't have to worry about being cheated out of your money and the customer service is GREAT !Services: Manicures

This is the ONLY place I get my eyebrows done! They are so good and really take their time when doing them. I moved to the woodlands and I still come here just for her to do my eyebrow wax, I would never trust anyone else. Their basic nail polish also last a very long time without chipping. I’ve also gotten ombré acrylic nails here and the man (sorry I don’t remember his name) did an AMAZING job. 10/10 service.Services: Acrylic nails

This is a place where patience and relationships start. The service given is amazing! My eyebrows are thoroughly taken care of and are carefully done. They use wax and their wax is good but I wouldn't recommend a face waxing here, it gave me an allergic reaction. So be mindful if you get your face or chin waxed here. I also got my pedicure and my acrylic nails done for a party and it was just great! I enjoyed the service and look forward to more.
