Trash ass place and boots, I bought a pair of boots less than 2 months ago and the shoes already started tearing on the outer lining of the steel toe and the customer rep skinny short girl light skinned Mayra didn’t even care to look at the defect was instantly stating they don’t do returns even tough they try to sell you with the 5 months warranty and quality of shoes . She blamed it on the Irish setters being low cheap shoes even tough I paid 190 for them . And They sure didn’t say that when I was a swiping my card to purchase them . I usually buy my work boots from Bootbarn or academy but I know Even walmart clients that have boots that last longer than 2 months. red wing do a better job if your gonna up charge your shoes and hire better reps that should understand most of their clients are from the working class environments and don’t appreciate them not taking a moment of their lives in which they get paid for to do their job correctly

The staff were super helpful! My boyfriend wanted a style they didn’t have available in his size, so we really liked they offered to do and special order and take time to help us do that. Great customer service!

Very lovely staff, the young lady who was working recommended me a good pair of boots, and she’s very knowledgeable about the products. Both people working definitely made sure I walked out with a good pair of boots. They handled my work voucher, everything went smoothly, highly recommend Red Wings for some good boots and customer service.
