Picked up my vehicle today and I continue to have the same problem. This would be the 3rd time I have to take my truck to get fixed. The first time I took about a month to get my vehicle back and this time was two weeks ….. I’m very frustrated to have to take the truck ones again

I attempted to use this business.. thank goodness it didn't happen. My car was there for a week. After speaking with both Josh and then his boss Gary. Who pretended he wanted to speak with me but obviously didn't because he left the car door open the whole time with it dinging in my ear, It was evident that they were unconcerned about my needs or business and flippant and uncaring about reviews . Hence their score of 2.4 in Goggle that wiill NEVER improve with Gary in charge. Workers are only as good as their leader. Can't blame this review on MISCOMMUNICATION..so glad I only wasted a week.

It’s always horrible customer service. I have a 2018 Ford Explorer still under warranty. I have had issues with the battery corroding a few months after purchase. Not to mention all of the paint defects on my hood. I am baffled on why I should be responsible for replacing a thing while under warranty. My service advisor Kelly Campbell was trying to charge me for something that should already been covered. I have had this issue with the vehicle since I purchased it. She tried to make it “my fault”. I will never again purchase a Ford. I have learned a lesson after a this lemon I got from them brand new.

It is miraculous that Josh is still employed here. Josh and his team provided terrible customer service, and were caught in numerous lies by my insurance company. The Collision Center had my vehicle for 4 months and Josh ignored my calls. I will NEVER do business with this location again.

My car has been there for 3 months now I still have yet to get it back none of the workers ever answer and when they do they’re rude and unhelpful they say they’ll call you back never will you can email them and they still won’t answer you and when you show up there they have the audacity to make you sit there and wait 40 minutes + to speak with one of them …save your time and just go to literally anywhere else but here. 0 stars if possible.

I am a customer and my vehicle is at the body collision dept. It has been there for 28 days waiting for them to submit a supplement to the insurance company to get my Suv fixed. Ive had to return my rental, insurance company couldn't extend any further because they hadn't received any information from Randell Reed's body collision dept as to what needs to be fixed.I can't get a rental myself because I've acquired a bill of over 500 dollars because I had the rental so long and kept it longer because I didn't want to be without a vehicle. Myself , my attorney nor the insurance adjuster could get in contact of Josh which is the person who's supposedly working on my vehicle, the receptionist takes my messages and says she'll get him to give me a call which he hardly ever does.. And when I do get a chance to speak with him all I get are excuses, this is utterly ridiculous service. I chose Randal Reed Ford because I drive a Ford and figured it was a reputable dealership that would handle the business and provide good service. Now I've been without a vehicle for almost a week and I have no meens of transportation, I've missed Drs. appointments and have to pay my neighbor to drive me places. Not only am I without a vehicle no one can give me an ETA as to when my vehicle will be fixed and ready for pick up... It's been 28 days and the supplement STILL hasn't been submitted! It has been more of an INCONVENIENCE choosing to go with Randall Reed's auto body collision dept then anything!!! A horrible experience.... I don't know what else to do but write this letter in hopes it will get to the right person who can do something about this.... They could've built a car in 28 days.
