At the end of last year, I purchased a 2022 Bronco Sport Badlands. Both before and after the sale, I was promised up and down that it came with a second key, but that it was locked in the maintenance garage and that I could pick it up with my plates.
I wrote my salesman, Alex, before I went to pick up my plates to confirm that they'd found the key. He told me that they couldn't find it, and that they would not honor what I was promised. When I told him that they would need to compensate me a new key, he forwarded me to their automated system.
Some months later when filling out a survey, I put that I would not recommend Randall Reed's. This prompted Jill, a Customer Relations Manager, to contact me. I have been going back and forth with her, still trying to get my key. During this time, she told me that Alex told her that I agreed to waive the key in exchange for a discount, but provided no proof when I asked. I have combed my contract, and no discount was applied, nor was there any mention of this deal.
This entire time, I have been lied to, condescended to, and gloated to. Now, I have been informed that I should plead my case to the Used Car Director, and that Jill does not believe that there is an issue with their service.
I am tired of chasing this, and if I had just been told from the beginning that there was no spare key, I would not feel slighted.

I was provided an estimate of 3 days to look at the issue and my car sat for 2 weeks before it was ever even looked at. My car was kept for a month, and I had no transportation set up so my son missed school and I missed work bc I was advised 3 days and had not planned on not having a car for over month. Especially a brand-new car I just bought 2 years ago!!! I could not get anyone to provide any kind of update and could not get my service rep to even call my back for a week at a time! The lack of communication was absolutely terrible, and the service was not much better. Only to be told I will have to come back in 2 weeks for additional repairs. Honestly considered selling my car and not having anything to do with Ford at all again! Worst experience ever!!!!

My truck has been there in service dept almost 3 weeks the truck is under warranty and supposedly the service person can’t get a hold of the company that they use for warranty the worst service person ever all he does is makes excuses as to why it’s taking so long will never take another vehicle there

I had car repair done. Costly and stressful. Kelli Campbell walked me through the entire process and kept me updated as my car was in the shop. She represents the company in such a way that you feel like family instead of a customer. Kudos to Kelli.

Alex, the Service Advisor, was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He made sure that my car was serviced right away due to several recall issues. Alex is great!! 5 stars for him!!

Even though Planet Ford is a VERY busy service department, I feel confident that they will always do the best to take care of my vehicle and my needs on a timely basis. Unfortunately, a truck crushed the back end of my car BUT the Body Shop did a TREMENDOUS job! I even had a person flag me down at the bank (after I made sure I wasn't being hijacked. LOL) and compliment me on how great the car looked! Shout out to Gary and the Team!
