This is meant to be constructive criticism.. however, when you arrive there is no one up front instead just machines to self check in at, okay right.. i got called back and the lady didn’t introduce herself, verify my name or DOB just sat me in the chair and pulled up my labs. When i asked how long it would take to come back she in a way had a attitude when she answered… then she feels one time grabs the needle and just sticks it in, ofc she didn’t hit it right away so she’s playing in my veins poking around for like 60-90 sec until she hits it (had she done a more thorough feel and exam of my arms and veins first she could’ve got it right right away) then she’s like here sign this I’m like, what is this for? She says for your labels, okay so i sign(usually ppl show u the label first and confirm then have u sign so I’m like maybe she will do it at the end) well the end comes and she’s literally just like “alright “ **silence** I’m like can i see the labels??? (Cus what if she had it wrong and she didn’t verify anything this is serious stuff u mess that up u incorrectly diagnosing someone) she snatched em off the machine and flashed em in my face for a couple seconds again w a attitude. I’m like okay thank you and she didn’t say anything else i just walked away and left. … the only reason they got two stars instead of one is because service was quick even without an appointment (this is around 3pm on Thursday for reference). All in all i hope everything gets sent in and done correctly. But please STOP just hiring anyone and actually TRAIN these healthcare professionals, they have people’s LIVES in their hands! If you have to be short staffed and ppl have to WAIT to get good medical services and get it done RIGHT then so be it!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE! You cannot find the location, I had to call to receive help. The representative told me my appointment would be honored. Walked in and they told me I had to reschedule. Please put a sign in front so you don’t waste patients time.

Miss Nena needs to work on her customer service skills. I did ask her how long she has been doing her job drawing blood and she blurted out. 5 years, I guess I offended her or upset her after that. She jabbed me in my arm . When I say it hurt the entire time. And she didn't say, "Oh, I'm sorry, or anything, go to the end of the hall and go give urine, she didn't give me any instructions where to leave it. They have a door in there to put the specimens. But she didn't tell me to bring it back to her, She seemed irritated when I didn't bring it back saying that's fine, that's fine. On a positive note, they get you in and out really fast, especially if you have an appointment. So they put you over the walkins, that's why they received starts. I'll give them another try, just someone else. I'll keep yall posted ?

I did everything strictly online as far as scheduling my appointment to checking in and it was a breeze, so thorough. I arrived, checked in from the parking lot, entered the building went to Quest office and not even 5 minutes I got called in. I think I was out of there in total less than 15 minutes from start to finish. Shout out to Shameika! She was excellent! Professional, kind and quick! A+ service!

The staff here has no idea what customer service is. It cost them to be pleasant to people. Very rude and very unprofessional. No one here knows how to help anyone. Have an attitude problem if you need help. If they hate their job well it really shows. They are the worst staff or employees I have ever encountered. Please save your self the distasteful experience and go to another quest where they are more friendly and welcoming

I made an appointment for 9:30 AM, they called me back at 9:20 and I was out of there by 9:31.Quick, fast, and efficientNancy (who took my blood) was also very nice.

I verified with the phlebotomist who took my blood, if she included certain tests that she was confused about including (b/c my doctor had marked on a form by hand). She stated that she did include the tests but there were at least 2 tests missing from my lab results so I’m pretty perturbed about that.

Super super slow. Don't understand why I need to make an appointment, only to be seen an hour later. I WILL NEVER VISIT THE LOCATION AGAIN.

Had a morning appointment at this location. Check in was very convenient and we waited no more than 3 minutes. Was called back by Teresa who went above and beyond to accommodate and make sure everything went smooth. Can’t thank her enough for her dedication and kindness.

Went to perform a drug screen, the technician took the test from me and immediately through it in the trash and said the temperature didn't register. She never did she gave it time to register. She asked me to wait in the lobby for 3 hours and every 30 minutes she will give me water. As I was walking away, extremely upset, I overheard her and another tech saying they have been doing this to several other people today alone. I know for a fact how to administer drug screens and this is not the way. These technicians has cost the company money and patients time wasted. They were also taking walk in patients before appointments. I am not sure if this how quest operates now, but I find this to be unprofessional, a violation of patients rights and along the lines of HIPPA violation.

I only gave this place two stars because I was seen at my scheduled time. My blood was drawn and I wondered why my doctor never said anything so I contacted him and he never received the results. It's been more than 6 months I can't find a person to talk to to help me track down my results so I will not be going back to this Quest location. I don't know if it is an overall problem with Quest or a location problem.

Phlebotomy had a soft touch and my blood draw was quick and painless. If only everyone was like her.I always make an appointment so I don't have a long wait.

I'm sure the facility is fine at what they do but they need to fix the Self-Checkin kiosks. They do not work properly, I had to check in twice because some of the other walk-ins went ahead of me. I recommend making a set appointment before coming to this location.
