Went here after labcorp wouldn’t accept my insurance and accused me of using someone else’s credit card. Had no issues with Quest! Accepted my insurance and credit card.

This location is located inside an emergency room building on the second floor; very easy to find once you go up. When I went, there was no one at the desk, but check in can be done on your phone or via the kiosk. I was called in and taken care of by a lady named Erin. She was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and explained everything to me. I hate getting bloodwork done, but she was so gentle and it was truly the best experience I’ve had; no pain when inserting or taking out the needle, no bruising afterwards. She was great. If I could, I would request to go with her the next time I need blood drawn.

The overall experience was great, my only complaint is the same way they communicated my appointment time before my appointment they could have communicated my out of pocket cost since they received orders from my doctor days ahead.

My mom went in as a walk in…the most LAZIEST “employees” we have ever seen…of course! AND they hurt my mom’s arm when they stuck the needle in her vein to draw blood!

Don't go here if you do not set up an appointment. They do not have anyone out front for you to talk to, only a kiosk, so you're on your own. People coming in 45 minutes after me were being seen before me. I would give 0 stars if I could

The young lady that drew my blood was in room 108 if I am not mistaken. I attended the Quest off Humble ByPass at Quest Diagnostics, 8901 FM 1960 Suite 203, Humble, TX 77338. It was quick and I did not have long to wait as a walk-in.

I wish they had minus 1 or more stars. So it started at 8 am with quest repeating saying they never received lab orders from doctors office who had faxed and email lab orders. At 3:00 Quest found them then refused me service because I owed them $37. I explained I had a life threatening illness and really needed this blood work done. They told me they didn’t care I wasn’t getting any blood work until I paid the $37.00. I explained all my blood work was covered by insurance, they didn’t care they wanted their $37. Or no blood work.

Brought in my paper work to get blood draw and I even made an appointment. By the time it was my turn and I handed the paper over that stated all the what I needed done the lady handed me back the paper and said they can't take my blood here because it technically wasn't and order form. It had all the information they needed to do the work. They just are lazy and refuse to do anything that required work. Don't waste your time here.

Don’t come here. Even with an appointment we had to get in the standby line because their “internet was down” and if you have paper orders I recommend you bring them as they won’t have access to the digital ones since their internet doesn’t work. Waited in the standby line for 30 minutes and still didn’t get seen so I left. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT for somewhere else trust me.
