I haven't had my auto glass done here yet but I will. I was in my way to a Dr,. Appointment today and it started storming so bad, the wind was blowing so hard and the rain was so bad that I couldn't see. I pulled into their parking lot to take cover until things settled down. The gentleman working was kind.
He moved is truck so I could park under the awning and have the building block the wind. I can't tell you how much I appreciate his kindness as I was terrified when I pulled in. Thank you again, I will bring my business and recommend you as well .

They did a good job replacing a windshield and at a fair price, which only took a couple of hours. Easy place to get to.

I’m torn on how to review this company. Something on hwy 59 completely destroyed my sunroof, and this company gave me a better rate than other places, for a like new, used replacement, so for that, I’m thankful. The problem I have is with the woman at the front office. I am a nurse, who actually works down the way, however, I couldn’t get off work due to us being short staffed. However my fiance, took off work to assist me and he spoke with her over the phone and initially she was nice. He was so happy to have encountered her, he told her the day BEFORE he took my car, because it was at the dealer, that he would be paying cash, the front office lady, stated that was fine and it was 4% off and they used Zelle.
Sunroof glass came in the next day, fiancé takes it up there and when it was time to pay, THEIR Zelle system is having issues and she ADMITTED it was an issue ALL WEEK and she told him he couldn’t leave until their Zelle system showed the payment, although the bank told her the issue was on Presidential Glass’ end and my fiancé’s payment had been authorized. She still stated he would have to stay. Well he can’t stay all day, so he canceled the Zelle transaction with his bank. Asked to go to the ATM, which he would have done the day before when he told her he was paying cash. So he offered to leave his work laptop, I.D., to prove he was coming back and she insisted a credit card, before she’d let him go to the ATM. He did, just to get rid of the drama. My fiance lives here but also runs a property management business in his home state. Ms. Lady took issue with that, because his ID was not here, not that it was any of her business because he left everything else! Anyway, she went from being pleasant to rude. If you knew your Zelle system was flawed you shouldn’t have offered that as an option. I suggest fixing that, especially when you had notice someone was paying cash. So for that, use this company at your own discretion… I’m not a fan of poor customer service or attitude. I have bad days too but never take it out on my patients. Potentially holding someone because of your system issues is insanely unprofessional.
*Response to owner* I may not have been present in office but I was definitely on the phone. It was during my lunch break. I have no need to lie, unlike what you are doing. I mentioned the glass was used and I was ok with that. I said that initially. You guys did a nice job. You just have a bad attitude. He had the cash, and put you on notice THE DAY BEFORE that is what he wanted to pay with, as you did get paid in cash, today, correct? He didn’t want to charge it, his choice. You got paid regardless. So what’s the issue, lol. He uses Zelle all the time, he’s a whole business owner, so it’s definitely not him, and his bank confirmed that with you. You admitted having issues this week with your Zelle. Like I said, appreciate the best price but you made him feel like he was going to run off, and he was leaving items behind as proof he’s an honest man. I heard you question his ID and heard you say he can’t leave, until you decided to ask for his credit card, then you changed your mind. I heard everything ma’am. You’re just proving my point. Again, thanks for what you did. You just need to be a little nicer, professional. Not everyone is out to get you. Also, let’s be very clear and honest, he didn’t sign what you asked for because you wouldn’t sign that the Zelle transaction had been canceled for his records and he paid cash. So, tell the whole truth. Not the parts you want. Be reputable. God bless though.

I am so glad that we found this place. Always look for local business, the owners are very accommodating. I called & asked if I could bring my truck earlier than my appointment & I got a brand new windshield in less than an hour. Thank you. Price is more reasonable than those satellite or other windshield repair or replacements places. Call Debbie she is such a sweet, friendly & very knowledgeable.

I called to have a rock chip repaired, and they had an opening for the same day. I was there for maybe 20-30 minutes total. Not bad. I noticed there was some gunk splatter near the repair and figured I'd wipe it off when I got home. I guess it was glue because I had to use a razor to scrape it off. Fortunately, the splatter marks came off with the razor. They seem like nice people, and I'd go back again.

Great work and will recommend this place to others. They were quick and 5mins after I handed them my keys they were taking off my existing tint. I loved how they put a reminder sticker to not roll down windows.

Affordable! family owned business! Support local!!!! Amazing customer service and top notch quality work!!!I pray I don't have anymore windshield repair anytime soon but if I do I'm definitely going to be a return customer. All stickers were placed back seamlessly, super appreciative for that. Also, Max is the biggest sweetheart ever!
