If I could rate it lower I would!!! No showed me on my delivery between 11:30am and 2:30pm. No phone call, no email, no nothing. Wasted my entire day waiting for them to say oh we are backed up it will be there between 5:30pm and 6:30pm. At 7:00pm still no pod or phone call. I had to call and the man told me that they were minutes from my house and gave me the pod number. He assured me it would be there any minute. At 8:00pm I got my first phone call from the company saying oh we are sorry but it's not coming today! To make it even better they then inform me that I can't get a delivery until 4 days later!!! Complete joke of a company!! Stay far away from them.

I don't like that you can not reach anyone at the location your pods are stored. The lack of communications and the lack of your agents to be compassionate to the issue at hand. The appear to read from a script with "I understand" after each word. They don't listen to event take the time to understand! I"ve been trying to get our PODS delivered for almost 3 months now. I've even made a trip to the Humble location with no return calls and my emails ignored. I guess I must seek legal action to get any resolution and get my 80 year old mothers belongings.

Makes moving so much easier. No pressure on a time crunch. Didn't have to drive a vehicle im not used to.dropoff smooth both to and from.. will absolutely use again in the future!

Very poor communication between sales reps and management. Make sure to get everything in writing as you go through the process. They are using unethical selling techniques to get your business.

PODS does not deliver to Huntsville, Tx, which caused me major issue.I was not told this when they delivered me a POD which would later need. to be taken to Huntsville

Didn't have sufficient staff to pick container up on time so they billed me for another $200+ for the 4 days they were late picking up the container.

Well we had 4 pods no issues from California too Texas. All pods were picked up on different days as planed and delivered on different days. We talked to a person not the online route. If you need to get assistance on the phone just push the bottom for another pod they will answer faster lol learned on second pod after a hour on hold. Live and learn

I would have liked to recommend them but I made a date change in mypods from August 29 to August 26 and it didn't register, today I find out that I will be with my stuff in the POD without being able to move it in 5 days.

It is not really for every purpose, rented a POD and kept it stored for a year abroad, when leaving the POD was not picked up on time 3 days later of excuses when picked up the people renting my house already hated me. In the way back the POD was shaken from transportation and patio maneuvers, the load was damaged. And when finished emptying the POD was picked up 10 days LATE!!!, But yes was charged for every day....

Horrible communication throughout the entire process. BUT!!!!! They're quick to take your money. In fact, the only thing that is faster is they're ability to dismiss people.

This company is so bad. When we requested our PODS a month ago we asked for a June 13th dropoff and a June 15th pickup.The dropoff was perfect - no complaints. Hence the two star rating.BUT..... our filled units are sitting in front of our house baking in the Texas heat. Our antiques, original paintings, and home decor are sitting in what is likely about 160 degrees inside the units.PODS won't help. I even went to the local facility and was told that Florida overbooks them all the time. I even offered to pay overtime as told there was nothing they could do.PODS is likely going to get an insurance claim for tens of thousands of dollars. We picked them because of climate control storage and convenience. Now we are left in a lurch, no one is calling us back, you can't get through on the phone, and no one will help. Worst experience other and we will be permanently detrimentally affected. Just helpless and at the mercy of a company that doesn't care.Update 16 JuneI sent my customer number to
[email protected] upon request of their response. Still chirping crickets in response.Update 16 June 3:30 CentralAs much as I yelled and screamed it is now time to say something good. The social media folks did their thing and two awesome delivery drives (Jimmy and John) retrieved the units. Once I penetrated the customer service wall then everything fell into place and I received the service expected originally. The phone system is terrible having spent two hours and forty minutes on hold and press 1 for call back doesn't work and even then once you do get through it goes into a three day resolution queue. But the Social Media contacts jumped all over it and I can now report we are thrilled to not have our stuff melting in front of the house

Horrible experience. Cost me 4 times the amount since they changed the delivery date 3 days after they said it would arrive. The even called the day it was suppose to arrive to schedule the time and then hours later said it was not even in the state yet. They must not have tracking or they dont talk to each other. I will never use this service again.
