Today was one of the most hectic and nerve wrecking days I've ever had. The shining moment when things turned around for this move was seeing David D come around the corner AND he was on time. David was extremely professional. He took time to here what my concerns were. I was very comfortable with his answers that showed me his level of knowledge and experience! Thank you David D for delivering my POD and getting it positioned perfectly so it was easy to get in and out of cutting my time to put everything inside. P.O.D.S. is very fortunate to have an incredible employee like you! Thank you for your help today!

The driver JIMMY SATTERWHITE was amazing !!!!!
Explain everything to me and gave me tips on what to do when the pod is delivered!!! He even moved the pod so it was facing the correct way in our driveway.
Such a nice, polite and helpful guy!!!
He should get the 5 stars for sure!!!

Jimmy is friendly, professional, obviously competent, and it was amazing to watch him & the POD lift mechanisms work so well together!

Pick up and delivery were smooth. Pods customer service call center was very helpful with extending my pickup date. Very transparent with fees, nothing extra or hidden. Jimmy Satterwhite was a breath of fresh air on my delivery date. Very pleasant, lifting spirit. Thanks PODS, very professional!
