“I had to get new breakpads for my car, they did a full inspection and they suggested other stuff but I ask just to do the the break pads and they proceeded and did it fast and efficiently (maybe because they were about to close lol) They don't scam you or try to convince you to buy other stuff. They help you with what you actually need and work with your budget. After I got my work done I actually tested and i feel the difference. I'm thankful with their job, in fact I might ask them for the oil change for my 2 cars”

“I came to this shop a SUPER long time back because my splash shield fell off after an oil change. Rather than charging me or taking advantage of the situation (I don’t know anything about cars) the guy in the front was super helpful and told me to take it back to where my oil was changed. He didn’t charge me anything for the diagnosis either. I appreciate the man’s candor.”

“I had a bad experience this weekend trying to get my oil changed & tires rotated. I had an appointment at 5PM after work & @7PM my car still wasn’t done. I was picked up & had to come back to a car unserviced. I tried again the next morning at 9AM and waited 20 mins to get checked in (the mechanics kept looking at the line & continuously working on cars instead of checking in people that had been waiting in the line & it was 5 cars outside waiting). I had my boyfriend go inside to get someone and the cashier came & helped with no problem (shout out the her for responding immediately to get the line down). I came back to pick my car up after the oil change and tire rotation an hour later and realized they never did the tire rotation service. No one answers the phone or anything so I called the customer service line (who told me the store manager would respond in 3 business days, BUT the store manager called in less than 1 hour) and the manager Ms. Brenda made the experience so much better and I felt heard when addressing my issue. She was able to get the problem situated and reassured me that it won’t happen again and she does not allow that at their store. She was overly apologetic and I really appreciate her for turning my experience around. If you have a bad experience PLEASE speak up because this allows future customers to have a better experience and potentially team training so services can be ran smoothly! Thank you so much Ms. Brenda you’re an ANGEL!! The 4 stars is only because of Ms. Brenda. I would do 5 but I had to dock one for the experience itself.”
“I enjoy the service and courteous manner of the employees and the great value although I wish they would stick the oil filter for my car, a 2015 Kia Forte. I don't like having to pay extra for the filter.”
“Really nice guys. Needed air in my tires due to dip in weather. They got me in and out in a few minutes. I asked if I needed new tires and unlike Discount Tire they said no. I have a ways to go.”

“Car was dead, they had no power post storm. Called me the day power came back on from cell phone (still no internet or phone). Fixed in a few hours for fair price and worked in a test drive for another car I’m having problems with. The Shop is now my go to place for all things auto repair. Thanks!!!”
