Waited over 15 mins and they had two Hispanics women skip ahead of me. Will not be back. Would not recommend to women of color. Was not greeted upon entrance but they greeted the two hispanics ladies who they skipped ahead of me.

An older foreign lady did my hair, I can't remember her name because I will not be coming back, but I asked for a small fringe of layers at the bottom of my hair and some long curtain bangs, and she botched it and gave me a whole wolf cut. I didn't ask for it but it was already too late by the time she started cutting it. As she was cutting it I kept telling her "please don't cut it too short or too much" and she just kept rudely telling me "this is long layers, maam" (which I did not ask for) and she ruined my long hair!! It looks so short now and I hate it. Come here for a trim but I wouldn't get styled here. I'm chillin tho and I'm not gonna mess with them abt it because a lot of my hair was dead at the ends from dye anyways, i probably needed it. But it's still messed up to just do whatever you want to someone's hair, I feel like it's borderline abuse. She cut off 3 inches instead of 1 which is what I asked for. WAAAY too much. 2nd pic is my long hair and the first is the very short cut she gave me. They were also very rude and bland and brushed me off a lot. Did I mention the moment I walked in, they were doing someone's hair already and only had one hairdresser, so they made me wait 30 minutes before I could even get my cut.

BEWARE!!! If I could give zero stars I would! I walked in with full fresh brows and left with the thinnest uneven brows I’ve ever seen. I am absolutely beyond disappointed! Also! The owner “Phe” is absolutely RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL! I can see why the turnover rate here is high. You’ll also notice they do not sanitize tools in between customers and use the same wax stick to dip and wax. VERY UNSANITARY! I WILL NOT RETURN. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

This is my eyebrow place for the last 8 years. There was this lady who I would always go too but haven’t seen her in the past year, I believe she went back to her country, I miss her . She would always do my eyebrows on point she always did good I didn’t had to tell her how I wanted them she would shape them and take her time and she would always do great. Now I go to another lady she’s ok , I love that she gives me a mini facial massage when she’s done.

Mrs.Rose is a great hairstylist!! I love her work and how she is friendly when coming into the store! I have been coming here for 4 yrs now and I wouldn’t change coming here for any other place! I very recommend this hair salon and Mrs. Rose is the person to go for a good haircut!

I've been coming here since I was in high school and I've never had any problems. Rosa is amazing with hair and all their employees who do eyebrow threading are great. I'm not sure if they hired a new eyebrow lady because I've never seen her before but she did not ask if I wanted an eyebrow clean up or shaping and she ended up thinning out my eyebrows so much. Would have given them 5 stars but I am really unhappy with this experience

She ruined my eyebrows! Left them really crooked and im so pissed at myself for not knowing better & trying to try a new place. She isn’t good at all. My eyebrows look uneven 1 looks higher and more rounded than the other one!Service: Hair threading

They do really good eyebrows but they did not let my two year old use the restroom. They lost me as a client.
