Today was the 1st time going here
Wasn’t the best experience
The lady that did my nails didn’t even ask me what shape I wanted she keep on looking at her phone to see her camera I’m assuming checking on her kids also it was
Kinda expensive to be honest I didn’t do nothing fancy and I pay 50 bucks crazy
I would not be returning here.

This is the worst, I go my nails done there 2 times and the second time I went to get my feet and hands done I was trying to tell the technician that I had a ingrown toenail from the last time. She told me that I needed a doctor to fix that they don't do that. As long as I have been getting my nails done. I have not been back since. Very bad on them.

This will be my last visit to this nail salon. It was a very horrible experience. The best part was the pedicure. The lady was very attentive and meticulous. The nail technician was rushing. I told her my job and told her how low I needed my nails cut. I even showed her using her nails. She finally cut them to the length I needed. I am very adamant about my nails and feet colors matching. My toes are red and my nails are purple. I didn't have the strength to argue with the lady. I was tired. Every time I go there it's a problem with matching colors. They pressure you into putting shellac on your toes but I don't like it on my toes so I feel they mess up my service on purpose. I asked to have my eyebrows done. They look the same as when I walked in there. The lady didn't do much of anything. I will be going with my daughter to Executive Nails and Spa from now on. And the topper on the cake is the girl cough on my hand. When she was doing my nails instead of her cutting the lifting part off, she glued it down. It's my birthday and they have me not feeling pretty so I'm going to another nail salon and get the color I want on my nails and feet and my eyebrows done the right way. NEVER AGAIN. NOT GOING BACK!!!!!!

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I’m from Louisiana and new to Texas. I tried this nail shop as a suggestion from the leasing agent at the complex I moved to. My first experience on a Saturday was with a younger female who actually did a good job. She was friendly and it made me want to go again. I went today, on a Wednesday and my experience was completely different. They weren’t friendly at all I initially requested dip polish on my nails and a pedicure. The older lady that did my nails was rough. She drilled one of my nails to the point that it broke. She didn’t want to be patient and allow the dip to soak off, she wanted to just drill it off, which made my nails thin and brittle. She filed them crooked and didn’t even buff the nails to a smooth finish before applying the clear coat. I was so frustrated. As soon as other workers came in she began to speak in Vietnamese. It was obvious she was talking about me because they all looked at me. When she was done I got my purse and walked towards the register, she said “no pedicure” I replied “no thank you. I paid and left. I am someone that always tips because I’m a firm believer in rewarding customer service. It was my first time ever paying with no tip included. I will drive to Louisiana to get my nails and toes done before I ever go back to this place.

Today was my first time here and this salon has great service. I went here for a shellac pedicure and it was a wonderful experience. I got the Deluxe Pedicure and it included a scrub, a leg mask, hot stone massage, and paraffin wax for $48! The young lady who did my pedicure was very personable and we had a good conversation. The salon is clean and the employees are nice. I will definitely be a returning customer.
