terrible terrible terrible, i walked in asking for simple french tip but in brown. he finishes my nails in an hour but don't even prep my cuticles or even clean my nails. the nails don't even look like french tips they look like someone just put half brown half clear.

Waited 37 minutes for a refill manicure and pedicure. While being brought to the chair a customer walked in for her eyebrows to be waxed and not only did the nail tech leave me without turning the water on, she proceeded to fill the petit bowl for the same woman after she finished her wax.

Unsanitary. My daughter and I went this morning. Lady was trying to use same instruments she used on person before me. I know this because I was sitting next to other client. I told her your not gonna use same tools on my feet or I will walk out. She says ok I get new ones. Imagine how many people don’t see it happen. They lady working on my daughter feet just closed plastic container and used it on next lady. I so wanted to say something but they were already upset with me. Ladies be alert.Service: Pedicures

I am new to this area and it was my first time at this nail Salon. Helen did my nails and she did a really good job. I got a gel manicure and Helen filed my nails exactly how I wanted them.
